Mingaliens Trattoria — Restaurant in Natick

I am beside myself. A margarita pizza was ordered online. Yes, it was an oversight that the very different and unique margarita pizza was ordered and not the traditional. This pizza was ordered for a child who has an eating disorder and will not eat the specialty pizza. A call was made to Mingaliens to kindly request a new pizza be made, even if the error was ours, so that this child could eat. The answer was no!  I have never, ever experienced that. Every single restaurant that I've been in my whole life would make another pizza or whatever the meal was so that the customer would be happy and enjoy a meal. We are for sure paying for another pizza that had been ordered in addition as well as soda. The young person on the line stated that it wasn't their fault and that they spend too much money on making the pizza. That is false. Establishments have enough money to provide a correction to a mistake, especially if they were going to go pick it up and delivery wasn't needed. Finally, the owner's wife, Ming, refused to get on the phone. This is horrible service and I would never repeat business here. This was a family who struggled with money to purchase the food but did so as having a margarita pizza was a special request of a girl who finally wanted to eat given her disorder. It should not have been so hard to order a margarita pizza and Mingaliens should have helped...

I'm currently house sitting for friend right down the road from this place. So I decided to order my dinner from here this evening. I told the girl to let the delivery driver know I'll be slow to answer the door due to my injured foot. When the pizza dude showed up with my food I was actually getting something from my car. The driver saw i was struggling with the bag and pillow. He stepped right in went totally above and beyond his job by giving me 2 minutes of my time and helping me up to the door. Such a sweet guy, I really appreciated his kindness and awesome demeanor. 🥰 I get settled inside and start eating my pizza. YUMMY!!!!; Omg it was so so so so so good. I didn't think that the prices were too bad either. So Great delivery dude, Great pizza, Here!!! you can't ask for better set up then that! I definitely will be calling this place again. I highly recommend this...

I bought a greek salad here and it was missing most of the vegetables, including the cucumbers it was suppose to have, onions, and other standard veggies. The salad had a ton of lettuce, shredded carrots, a few slices of tomatoes, black olives (not kalimata) and feta. I wouldn't get their salad again, since it was more just lettuce than a salad but if your into salads with a ton of lettuce without other veggies then it might be a good option for you.
