Don't sit near the kitchen. All you'll hear is a woman, I assume a managers complaining about the staff. She was obviously trying to keep things running but she lacked any finesse in doing so. "I need hands at the window" raises her voice so we can hear her a good 10-15 feet away, "I need hands at the window" then muttering"unbelievable no one came"as she stormed over too the waiters, already knew deep in work at their station Then there were three kitchen door collisions, I counted three. Silverware hits the floor, the original waitresses go, get rid of the dirty dishes and comes back out and picks up. Meanwile several coworkers walk past, many clearly looking at it on the floor One time it was never picked up, sat there a good twenty minutes until we left So don't sit near the kitchen Outside patio was packed, looked very nice, surprised the flame thing was off but it looked nice The food was awesome, top notch Wife got salmon on some salad sure said it was cooked perfectly and was a decent size I got the burger the "Cure" I've been to two other locations and always get it, probably always will. Chicken BBQ nachos awesome Prices are highish but this is a haughty todie area, no booze and between those items, soda and ice tea the bill was $70 Don't sit near the kitchen lol ------- Update I received a note asking me to contact them directly which I did. "Thank you for reaching out. First let me apologize that this took away from your recent experience. We strive for excellence both in our cuisine and in our service and I am sorry that we let you down. I do apologize as well for my delay in responding to you. I did request that our Area Director reach out to you as he oversees the operations and management teams in this area. You will be receiving an email from our Area Director, Patrick McClelland." -------- That was a week ago, never heard anything else.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I’ve spent $1000s here. This used to be my favorite restaurant but no longer. The gluten free options are incredible but don’t matter when they don’t cook them right anymore. I’ve gone in 5 times in a row where my food wasn’t cooked properly and the staff doesn’t seem to really be bothered by that. Last time some of the managers must have heard me talk about how I’d never come back… again, they just seemed to have lost their restaurant spirit. R.I.P. 110 Grill, we’ll always have the memories. Update: <deducted another star> why is it when I say that something is specifically wrong with your restaurant the “owner” feels compelled to say they value my feedback again so much that they want me to type it in AGAIN on your website? Try some service. You have the feedback already, and I have to do more work?!? Fix the problem. Admit you had an issue. Take accountability or many locals like me will NEVER come back as I told you IN PERSON at least 3 times that there were issues. Now, if only I do some double entry everything will be ok?!? I don’t want your little gift cards as I’ll only get more badly cooked burgers. We want evidence that you FIXED THE PROBLEM. I’m not writing reviews for gift cards.

We had a great late lunch here at the grill. They have some veggie options which was really appreciated. It was roomy, lots of seating and our waitress was very sweet. The espresso martinis were even better with a chocolate sauce-lined glass! The Brussels salad was actually really tasty. I didn’t realize it would come like a cole slaw but I guess it makes sense. The onion strings were a nice change because usually you get the fat rings of onions and these were thin and crispy. Couldn’t even taste the onions really lol. The bang bang cauliflower was really tasty. It’s very lightly breaded and covered in sauce, not a bad thing! The chicken caprese was delish as it was fried and then topped with pesto, mozzarella and tomatoes with balsamic glaze. We switched the mixed greens to a Roman house salad and it was all so good. Definitely going back again. Just wish they had a veggie burger (they did have a beyond meat option you could sub out for extra $).

Updating my prior 5-star review to this 2- star review.

Issues while dining in Wayland, MA 12/27/23: Plates on the table were obviously dirty (with food, yuck) when were seated. Unfortunately, this is a common problem at the Wayland 110 Grill. After I opened my set-up (rolled napkin with silverware inside), the fork also had food stuck to it. As above, a common issue at Wayland. Waited 45+ minutes for our appetizer. The manager delivered it to the table, apologized for how long it took, and she said she would take it off our bill. She didn't, which caused a further delay to an already long evening when I went paid. I ordered wings for my entree. The entrees also took too long. The staff was apologetic about the delay, which was nice. When the wings arrived, they were terribly dried-out/overdone. Really uneatable. Worse, I thought they seemed like the meat (what was left of it) was spoiled. I had a digestive issue the next two days, which seemed to suggest it was my wing order that made me sick. I doubt anyone who could be satisfied with the small amount of creamy blue cheese that is delivered with an order of wings at 110 Grill. I assume they play this game to keep the calorie count down on the menu. I asked a staff member (a male who delivered the last entree to our table 10 minutes after the wings arrived) for more blue cheese. He acknowledged my request, but the blue cheese (some form of moisture please to get this terrible dried-out meat down) never materialized.

Last issue, which is so much bigger than this bad meal at the Wayland, MA location....what is up with the points program? I rarely receive my loyalty points and now I cannot log into the online system despite having my phone number on file with 110 Grill and performing the one-time...

Hello, my wife and I arrived with three kids and I told the hostess that it was two more people coming seven in total. She told us she couldn't sit us outside, because six was the max, then she went in the back to talk to the "manager" and she came back and said she couldn't sit us inside either...

(restaurant was empty 5:30pm on Sunday) because they had multiple big parties coming in and couldn't sit us. So I went outside.

My friend arrived shortly after, it shouldn't matter, but she happens to be "white" and I told her to go in there and you try it, she did, and guess what? She got a table!

That made me extremely upset I felt discriminated I talk to the hostess she denied the whole thing, I talk to the manager he apologized. His excuse was that she was new? He told us to please sit down, and said we were going to have the greatest service ever,

It turned out that they were extremely understaffed, and our waiter looked like a 16-year-old that did not know what he was doing, he took 30 minutes to come back each time he left our table.

My beer was ready 40 minutes ago. I had to get the manager to get me a beer! I finished my bbq nachos and chicken caesar salad and still no beer...

As I was signing the check to leave, the bartender comes with my beer! I'm like dude! I asked for that beer an hour ago, no, I don't want it. The manager came back and apologized for the 4th time again, did not take anything off the bill (except the beer).

The whole ordeal was so upsetting my son and his friend is black and they were both crying on the way home asking me why did we eat there after we were so discriminated!

I gave you guys a chance to redeem yourselves but it got worse, I'm loyal and I'm a local, it was definitely a complete letdown, and I'm never coming...
