Muffin House Cafe — Restaurant in Natick

I'm dating myself, but I can say they have a great blueberry muffin since Jordon Marsh, but not just blueberry muffin is great, all the muffins are so good and moist. One of the best muffins I had in a long time. Must try is the pina colada muffin...wow, so good. I'm so glad that they have a location in Natick, which is closer to where I live, so I'll be going there more often. They don't just sell muffins. They have other baked good that looks really good, too. Especially the peanut butter fudge brownie, if you like fudge and peanut butter, you have to get one. You wouldn't be disappointed, but it very rich, but so good. If your in the area you must stop and try thus place, but this location only...

I'm typically not a customer at this location, and I'm glad that I'm not. No complaints about the food, except that there was an excessive amount of cream cheese on my bagel, but the customer service was subpar, at best.

Once the employee had finished making my drink, I wanted to add two muffins to the order. Right when I was about to speak, I was in complete shock that the employee told me to wait, and she took the next customer's order. It took every ounce of me to not say anything to this employee, but it was extremely rude and disrespectful.

If you're hiring young employees, please remind them to be courteous and respectful. This was far from a good customer...

Best muffins in Massachusetts!! I have to add though... I went in the other day. The place was completely dead, and I asked the girl 3x's if they had a certain regular item. She looked back at me like a deer in the headlights. Finally she answered me like I was bothering her. Come to find out after she rang me up she went back to her soap opera story to the other employee who was sweeping up. Clearly I was interupting her conversation because I didn't even get out the door without a thank you and she was back to her "story." Almost makes me wish I ordered coffee so I could sit down and listen to the rest of it because it must have been so...
