Dunkin' — Restaurant in Natick

I went in today abt 6am w my small service dog and heavy backpack. The woman took my order altho she was eyeing the dog. I had trouble holding dog and getting backpack off so i cod pay. A man came in and totally ignored my asking for help to get backpack off. Talked to woman tho at length.. obvious he a regular. Got it off.. finally.. waited to pay. Guy now sitting at table.. big heavy guy comes in.. looks at me like w total disdain. Knows first guy. I said hello Gm... Ignored. Then woman comes over says i hv to leave as they complained abt dog. Told her she is a service dog cannot be denied. She said dog shld be wearing something around her neck to show that. No I said. Its dumb I think but law is they cannot refuse her based just on my saying she is a service dog. She said they complained abt dog.. i cant eat inside. . But who wants to be in this negative place now anyway. ! Told her I leave but I didn't hv to Again she says they complained. I said TOO BAD.. let them have my disability. She is from Indian I believe english not her first language but she knew English pretty well and clearly needs schooling in the ADA law and service dogs. She was anxious because these two charming men complained ...but she does not know the law. She should hv told told them service dogs are allowed. My dog is 14 lbs ..clean..well behaved. I held her entire time. The sign says as u come in No Dogs except trained service animals. Doesnt say u can buy but hv to leave . Secondly got avocado bacon toast. No apparent bacon. Avocado.. idk what they did to it but it was terrible. On one tiny piece of toast. Total waste of 4$. Turnover there is high.. but.. I complaining for those who wont when they get same treatment. Contacting their corporate office. I am not a chronic complainer at all.. but .. this was a bad experience. Natick has its share of miserable ppl who are then miserable to others... Those men were really.. nasty in an understated way. The woman just needs to be schooled. The food... Forget the...

(I wish no stars was an option!!!!!) Stood at the counter for 13 minutes waiting for someone to take my order the place was empty and the employees where nowhere to be found they came out from back and where very nasty then when i recieved my 2 wake up wraps and sausage egg and cheese on a bagel it was cold... the employees where also cursing in the back loudly and i had my children with me.. the employees where talking bad about the estiblishment the way the food was handled and left out and their horrible working conditions.. i will never return to this place again very displeased.... ive never been to such a horrible representation of a dunkin donuts in my life. AND I AM THE TYPE OF DUNKIN CUSTOMER I GO TO DUNKIN AT LEAST ONCE A DAY I RUN ON DUNKIN.... but im starting to think maybe starbucks will be a better environment...

Worst customer service ever! Ordered a Lg iced regular coffee. Got back to the car and it tasted like no sugar was added. Shook up, stirred, still tasted horrible. Went back in & asked for sugar. Girl argued that she made it correctly and wouldn’t give sugar. REALLY!! Manager got involved, still no sugar, and now no coffee because they took it back, conversing in hushed tones, presumably about how to handle my absurd request. Tired of waiting I asked for my money back. $4 which was $3 and change for tip (wasn’t gonna give a tip for something I didn’t get. Manager argued that as well, finally counting out the $4 in a huff.
