My friend and I walked here. It was nice. I did get a little confused. I went to get straws, they only had paper straws out for the public. I asked for plastic ones. The nice guy told me "they are not allowed to have plastic straws out of people who ask for one. The town that I live in will be FINE them if they are caught with plastic out for people". I couldn't believe it. Then I needed napkins..what the nice guy said" we can't have napkins out, why I asked. I was told that HOMELESS PEOPLE try to wash in the bathrooms and take all of the napkins to wash and dry themselves ". Ok sooo this store, obviously HAVE 0 COMPASSION ! That really bothered me, not everyone has a home. I was homeless once so I know how they feel. Dunkin has BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. You can't help people? I don't think I'll go there again. It really turned me off. Ohhh upon leaving, I had to call for someone for help, noone ever came to the counter no matter how LOUD I was. Maybe they can turn the music down. I went to restroom, it was clean however, I am a person who loves music but it was so loud I couldn't even hear the water running in the sink....
Read moreService is not allways great... Every morning I order my coffee from my app at this store. I never order iced coffee, it's just not my thing. Today I go to get my coffee and sure enough it is iced, not the first time this has happened, but ok. I asked if it could be made hot and apologized for any inconvenience. Joyce made this but when I asked for it to be made as a large because that is what I ordered I was then yelled, repeatedly, from across the store to come bring my app to be refunded for the order. I was talking with another employee at this moment. I feel like this was completely unprofessional and disresptecful. When I brought it to Joyce's attention she became rude and rushed me along. As easy as it is for me to go to this Dunkins because it is right next to my office I will never step foot in...
Read moreWas okay great service. I happen to like this Dunkin and the people thatci have encountered seem very nice. But I was here yesterday at approximately 2p.m. and the language was not what I would expect from people whom deal with the public. The person whom I assume is the shift supervisor or maybe not (short women with short hair dyes red) dropped the F bomb about 20 times over someone complaining that they had to get out of the car when they had curbside pick up. I left because I was sick of hearing her foul mouth. I went for coffee and something to eat not a lesson in learning how to use the F word I'm happy I didn't have the children I watch with me. It's getting better I have t heard any foul language since I wrote...
