I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with French fries... they said ok.. and gave me a shrimp burrito with horrible hot sauce.... it was a bad burrito so much so I gagged while eating it... I couldn't stand the stern not listening to my order request, the charging me before I see my order - because of shenanigans like this - and then turn your back to me the whole time where I can't ask for hot sauce until 5 minutes later when she took more orders which may be wrong... I overestimated this place... I would give it no stars if I could.. I mean don't go here unless you want to order chicken/beef and get salmon or octopus... it sounds bad but imagine the experience... not my enjoyment... bad customer service and slow service... I believe this place should be shut down or renovated or something... but as of now.. you lost me... just to let you know I've been here since a kid and every single time for the last 3 years they have gotten my order wrong by not listening or acting like they don't hear you... normally I'm missing fries or something but now I ordered a land animal (ch-ick-en)[sounded it out] and got an aquatic creature name (sh-rim-p) please don't waste your good nature at this place I felt taken advantage of by the lack of customer service and comprehensive skills so I'm giving this place 0/5 stars... idk how they are still functioning... as you can see I'm articulate so this place couldn't possibly have understood anyone in my honest opinion.. Read moreUsually we come in and drive out. This time they forced us to move over with about four other cars. It was a total disaster the lady was trying to guess whose order goes to what person. She made two to three trips for salsas and other missing items to other people so it took us a lot longer to wait for the food. Some cars were able to get the order at the window and leave before we were completed which meant cars sneaking inbetween which made me nervous. They must have a new cook, the chicken torta was extremely salty came apart not easy to grab. Burnt bread and it just didn't seem like a normal I have bought before. The rolled tacos were very crispy but they were hard this time I don't know why the chunk of meat would just come out of the tortilla. Overall we were dissatisfied and our bill was $28 after this experience there is a possibility we may not be coming back as often as we were before.... Update: they have a very young cashier that doesn't know the menu and I had to end up leaving with just one burrito because my bill was going to be $27 for two items.... Placed order and asked for 2 cups of water to drink We were not given the water, once tacos were done and we started eating only one taco tasted like it had some fish. The next one was over fried and had potatoe rolled into it no fish. Took tacos to second cashier and she very rudely responded that my mother was wrong because it was impossible due to the fact they serve absolutely no potatos in the kitchen in tacos . After I tried the next taco there was no fish just tortilla. Once it was pointed out to the employees they stated that it was impossible. After that we asked for the water and only one cup was given to us. After that both employees proceeded to start laughing loudly between each other at our complaints. This type of service is why my husband stated he didn’t want to go eat there again because the good food they once had was getting bad and the service also.
