The worst location by far employees don't listen, the drinks you order always taste bitter almost like old coffee that's been sitting forever, there always out of things no matter the time or day, and if you try to call and email Starbucks there even worse for being a million dollar if not more corporation and not listen the customer I think is very horrible customer service I've literally been on the phone with emails as well as them sending me a number to call which I did just to resolve an issue caused by one of the baristias I usually get things resolved when it comes to a bad drink but this time it being a bigger issue they just keep sending me from one person to another via email and when calling i spoke to a representative named Rebecca who was extremely rude and kept talking over me because supposedly had I noticed right away the issue would have been fixed but me as the customer dosent assume a I'm going to be overcharged on a transaction and that I need to check my card everytime but I guess that's something I have to do now for sure won't be going to this location and if I ever load my card again ill make sure to do it thru the app so that a barista dosent over charge me again and that way I don't have to deal with trying to get things resolved which in this matter...
Read moreThis starbucks was great! I came late in the day on Jun 17 at around 5pm and it was pretty clean! I was also welcomed and even when I was posting a post-it note to their small sticky note pride month wall, someone asked if I was here for a mobile order even though I was just making a sticky note lol. It's also really nice to see and I really appreciate how they have a little wall of motivational sticky notes to help celebrate pride month in June 2020!!!!! You never know when someone (who's not being able to be themselves) passes by this so seeing that wall of sticky notes would help them feel more confident!!! :DDDDD I should've taken a picture of the whole thing :((((( Here's a pic of the sticky note I put though, they also provided pens and different colored sticky notes so you can put your own sticky note :DDDD

Read moreOn Sunday, July 10, 2025, at around 10:15 AM, my friend and I went through the drive-thru and ordered four drinks. After my friend paid and even left a tip, the employee at the window suddenly and in a rude tone asked if we had called them “sir.” We told them we didn’t believe we had. They then replied, again in a rude manner, “I’m not a sir.”
We were confused and caught off guard because we had no intention of addressing anyone incorrectly or disrespectfully. We simply came for our drinks. This interaction happened before we even received our order, and the tone and attitude from the employee made the experience very uncomfortable. Out of concern for how our drinks may have been handled after that exchange, we decided to throw them away.
We understand and respect that people identify in different ways, but there is a professional way to communicate with customers if a misunderstanding occurs. This was not it. We were polite, we paid, and we tipped yet we left feeling disrespected and uneasy.
