Decided to take my 2yo here on a whim. I had never been, but always seen it off the highway and wanted to try it out. It was around noon on a Wednesday, so I figured it wouldn’t be busy. There were only three small families when we walked in. I paid for the buffet for myself and 100 tokens for $25. I guess my child ate free because I only paid about $38, the tokens and the $10 buffet fee for myself. My little one had the spaghetti and I ate a salad and a slice of pizza. Not the best I’ve eaten, but okay pizza. The salad was generic and no cheese out, but I got olives and some dressing. The whole facility was nice and clean, from the bathrooms to the arcade. Some of the games weren’t working, but I didn’t mind since they didn’t interest my child anyway. Many of the games were 1-2 tokens, my toddler really enjoyed riding the Clifford and Ice Cream Truck machines and playing the Gum Drop and coin pusher games. We didn’t seem to get as many tickets as I’d have thought, around 3-4 unless you hit a jackpot. We did end up with 1046 tickets though because I played some games when my little one was busy on the rides, haha. The prize selections were great and we came away with a big art set and some smaller lollipops and bracelets. We spent about 2 hours here. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend trying it out. I will be a regular from now on.

We knew about Peter Piper Pizza after living in El Paso for a few years. This location isn't as big, but was still enjoyable. We convinced grandparents they should treat us, and the commute from El Cajon wasn't bad on a Tuesday evening. Got to Peter Piper and it wasn't busy at all. Ordered a pizza combo and lots of tokens. Was a little surprised to receive actual tokens, as most every other arcade we've been to in last ten years has converted to digital tokens on cards. Fine by us! The food was good. Soda selection good. Clean restrooms. Plenty of opportunity to collect prize tickets. Prize selection not bad. Lots more customers came in near the end of our time. All-in-all a good time!

We had a birthday party reservation here and this place was AMAZING. The service was excellent! Our waitress/server Jocelyn was super sweet and very attentive. The food was good, nothing fancy. The dough was tasty and the sauce/cheese were evenly distributed. The party tables were set up when we arrived. The workers showed us to our tables and were courtesy and helpful. We were able to sit all 20 family members comfortably and even stayed an hour extra for free! Very kind of the staff to let us stay longer. Our son had the best time and we are so appreciative of everyone at Peter piper national city. Thanks so much for going above and beyond for our family.

Family fun atmosphere at its absolute finest!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by wonderful staff members who make you feel right at home. As it was my first visit, I had a few questions, and every one of them was answered with thoughtful, well-informed recommendations. I especially want to highlight Mansurat, who was particularly helpful — truly a full-service extraordinaire!

The sheer size of this place is impressive — easily able to accommodate parties of up to 100 people. The overall cleanliness is impeccable; I don’t know that I’ve ever seen such a neat collection of video games for all ages, all in perfect working order. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the excellent service never skipped a beat.

As I was leaving, I ran into a personal friend and her three children just arriving — the atmosphere was so comfortable and welcoming that I happily treated everyone to lunch and ended up staying another two hours playing games and enjoying one of the best lunch experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Food: I’d rate it three stars — everything was hot, fresh, and nicely presented. It’s not the best pizza you’ll ever have, and there aren’t many signature options to choose from. I did notice there were no tomatoes for the salad bar or pizzas, which was interesting for a pizza restaurant! However, I heard an announcement over the loudspeaker for a custom-made pizza — a “lemonade from lemons” moment that shows just how committed they are to great customer service.

If you have a group of people for any celebration — where you’re allowed to bring in cake, gifts, and have plenty of space with food and drink options at an economical price — with an atmosphere that’s 100% kid-friendly and fun, this is the place for you!

Definitely on my radar for small to large group events that involve kids. Thank you, Mansurat and Peter Piper Pizza, for making my friends’ and my lunch experience...

We have been going there for 3 consecutive years to celebrate our daughter's birthday. First couple years were pretty good. This last time (October 22) was horrible. Staff seemed to all have bad attitudes, and the manager that was pretty cool in the past just had a very pompous attitude. When we were asked to move out of an area, he was very condescending in the way he asked. Mind you, I have no problem doing things that I am asked to do, as long as it is done respectfully. They were worried about us using tables, when the place was empty! Once again, don't mind moving, but the way they carried themselves that day convinced us to break our little tradition and seek a better and more courteous location to celebrate our daughter's birthday. May not mean much to them losing our business, but it makes me feel better that we will not throw our money away on abysmal...
