La Casa Pizzeria — Restaurant in Naugatuck

I wasn't sure I wanted to post this because it's been about a week now but it still bothers me my husband and I have been a loyal customer of LA Casa for a few years now.we order from them once maybe twice a week. I ordered from them last week and I was shocked that the pizza I ordered looked like it had a blob of cheese at the top and when I took a bite it was ice cold. now we waited over 40 minutes to get our food. I did call the restaurant who said they would send me another slice But I was not willing to wait over 40 minutes again so I ended up just eating soup which is fine I thought I still have my cheesecake cake and then when I went to open the It was a mess the smallest slice I think it's the smallest I've ever gotten from there it's almost like whoever is running it now does not care about their customers The girl who answered the phone really was not bothered by what I was telling her she was just like oh I'll tell my manager, and that's a shame because we liked them. now we have to use...

I always order from this place and always recommend this place to everyone because the pizza is good. Today I ordered a pizza for my co workers and I and everyone took a slice until we noticed a bug in the pizza. I called the store and the lady I talked to was basically arguing talking about “it’s not possible” she also said she’d be sending her driver over to see for themselves. In which they did see and were trying to say that maybe the store had a bug that flew in or something but there were no bugs around us. They also refused to refund me because there was no pizza left but i was trying to tell them that we noticed after the last person took their pizza as it was kinda hidden by the pizza paper. I live 300 yards away . Moved here 3 months ago and order from them almost every week. They ended up delivering an hour and 20 mins after I ordered and called twice. The owner got on the phone and gave me an attitude and actually started yelling at me. I told the driver and owner I didnt want the pizza as it was going to be cold after I watched the delivery guy drive past my place 30 min before delivering to me. They didnt refund the money and now I have to dispute through my bank which them not refunding is against the law as I never got the pizza. Terrible. I dont recomend nor will I ever.
