Luna Wood Fired Pizza YOU SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED AT HOW YOU TREATED MY OUT OF STATE BROTHER! Do not think we will not let everyone know how you treat customers. The disrespect and rudeness from this business/family was so uncalled for, my brother did nothing wrong but ask for updates on his order…We have you on video lying to him and talking to him so rude. He waited almost an hour after pick up time that he was told on the phone. They are telling MULTIPLE people the wrong time. Multiple people were also complaining at them for the same thing. He ordered the special they promoted…WHY PROMOTE A SPECIAL IF YOU HAVE ONLY ONE COOK?! He walked in and they immediately told him and everyone else that was waiting that the pizza was ready and the sides are what is taking the longest. There is only one cook, so sorry… so he waited almost an hour and watched his pizza sit there, so after waiting patiently he asked if he could get a fresh pizza instead of the one sitting out for 45 minutes and the woman told him yes and then handed him the same pizza box he was staring at for almost an hour. When my brother simply asked why did you say yes and then give me the old pizza? He got threatened by a woman working there asking him where he works so they can go to his job to harass him…how is any of that professional??!
I should preface with..my brother did call a few hours prior to ask if he could order ahead for pick up and they told him no don’t worry just call 45 mins before you want to pick up…

Read moreMe and my husband loved Lunas, always spoke highly of them until their staff and management called us LIARS by saying we don’t believe you even though we are telling the truth!! on an order we never placed because a male employee who worked there told us our small appetizer would take an hour. It’s ridiculous how we were treated and blamed for an order we told the guy to not place to forget it because it was going to take so long and he said sorry about that and he hung up. It’s absolutely absurd that in his mistake the rudeness we got and told we had to pay for an order we did NOT place. I hope the owner knows the staff he hired has absolutely disgusting customer service! I would recommend anyone who orders from here to be careful because they will easily do the same to anyone regardless of how much money you spent there! We are honest hard working people to have been demeaned in such an awful way! It’s truly hurtful!! Because a staff member can’t remember or even lied to save themself the trouble!! Read moreI normally wouldn’t do this, but I ordered a small margarita and put in the notes “vegetarian” just to let them know I’m a vegetarian and not to put meat on it (an experience I’ve had at other pizza places). Instead I received a mystery pizza, so I called and explained how I think I got the wrong pizza (I initially thought there was meat on it and hadn’t ate any yet), the girl on the other end was helpful, and looked up my order for me. That was where the help ended though. She had a feeling the kitchen read the message as me wanting the vegetarian toppings on a margarita pizza. Which would have been fine, except one of the ingredients included eggplant, which I happen to be allergic to. When I explained this to the girl on the phone, she went back to the kitchen to see what they could do about it, and they said they wouldn’t make a new pizza because they made it “the way they read it”.
