UPDATED EDIT Went from a 3 star to a 1 star and I wish they had below 0 so I could truly rate them. BEWARE- Rude - No customer service -thieves I decided to give them another chance, what a mistake. Ordered food and didn't receive it. If your taking money for items someone does not receive, that's stealing. I wonder who is profiting. The resturant was locked and only receiving on line orders. An employee decided to replace one item without asking me and actually replaced it with food I was allergic to. Asked why they just didn't tell me the item was out of stock and told they didn't have a phone number, when the order was picked up at the resturant, so why not tell me at the window that it wasn't available? When I called he acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me food that could've killed me. No apology or other resolution. On top of that they didn't include two other items that were ordered and paid for. Never offered any other resolvement other than the food I was allergic to and nothing for the food items I paid for that weren't included with my order even though they were listed on the bag. Finished the call by saying they were out of the one item so there was nothing he could do and hung up. How about refunding me for the item you were out of and refunding the other 2 items you neglected to include with my order that I paid for. You don't just replace an item without asking if someone would prefer a refund especially in the food industry. You don't know people's allergies. Read moreWhen we got to the drive up window I was told the people in front of me ordered all the food so they don't have anything. I asked for clarification. She couldn't tell me what they had and didn't have so I proceeded to order a sandwich, 3 pcs of chicken, a biscuit and a cookie. She told me to pull forward. When I pulled forward (15 minutes later) I was told I couldn't have a cookie or the biscuit with 3 pcs of chicken unless I got a meal and I said that's fine as long as my 6 y/o got the chicken, cookie and biscuit. I was forced to get a drink and a side, which we did not want. She then charged me someone else's order. I was told to give her my card so she can charge me more. When they gave us our food it was missing the cookie and the side I was forced to pay for. They gave me the side and then refused to give me the cookie because she said I did not pay for them. They then took multiple cookies and taunted my daughter in the window asking her if she wanted them, she didn't pay for them. I specifically told the women, my daughter is six and I didn't appreciate how she was acting. We asked for 3 simple things and did not recieve them. She continued being nasty and I drove away because this is emotional and verbal abuse to my child. I don't need my child upset or abused at a drive thru window.

Placed my order @ 7:44pm, arrived at 8:15pm, the employee tells me they don't have my order, I show her my online receipt, she instructs me to park and they're gonna make my order right then and there. At 8:30 I enter the actual location to inquire what the __ is going on. She tells me they still haven't received my order and they cant make it without the print out, I then ask her "What would you advise me to do because you saw my order, told me to wait and here it is almost a WHOLE hour later and nothing. She said I would have to go into the app to find out the next steps, went over to the computer and it FINALLY printed out the ticket. For whatever reason it seemed like they were swamped. They had a young employee restocking as she went along, they ran out of ice behind the counter so 1 employee had to squeeze and reach from behind the counter to the ice part of the soda machine to fill a cup with ice but as she drew her arm back some Mountain Dew spilled on her arm, also the soda machine and a little bit of the floor in front of it. Employees throwing paper towels into an already overflowing trash bin by the drive thru window and lack of or no communication causing customers to leave and Door Dashers to decline food delivery orders.
