Absolutely 100% without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant when it comes to service that I have ever been in the United States I have stopped at this location so many times and every single time they have messed up my order. Whether it be a mix-up with cheese sticks..... Or simply just not handing me an item. They will most certainly charge you for it when it comes to remembering to give you a drink.... The most basic basic things to remember this location cannot do the basics.
There could be a line of zero people and they will make you drive around to the front of the building even when you order just a chicken sandwich and a Powerade. I have so many reviews for great restaurants, and even give credit to fast food locations when they do a good job.... This location by far I do not understand how they're still in business.
Look through my reviews and see, I rarely leave a bad review.. this Jack in the box takes the Cake when it comes to terrible terrible terrible service.
I can't rightfully stop here anymore because I know without a doubt they will mess my order up.
It's fast food not rocket science.
Someone please look into your staff because they either don't know what they're doing, or they're seriously shorting people their items. There are people out there that are struggling to find a job right now that would gladly replace the individuals who just simply can't remember to give you your items.
Again, out of the 20 times that I have stopped here...... Every single time there has been a problem with my order. It's never been a specialty order, it's always been the most basic of the basic items.

It's not every day you get service that's both fast and genuinely pleasant. My order was not only ready in record time, but it was also prepared perfectly. Every item was exactly as I requested, piping hot, and delicious. Christian truly sets the gold standard for what great customer service should be, and he deserves all the praise for his hard work and attention to detail.
