Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Navasota

Absolutely 100% without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant when it comes to service that I have ever been in the United States I have stopped at this location so many times and every single time they have messed up my order. Whether it be a mix-up with cheese sticks..... Or simply just not handing me an item. They will most certainly charge you for it when it comes to remembering to give you a drink.... The most basic basic things to remember this location cannot do the basics.

There could be a line of zero people and they will make you drive around to the front of the building even when you order just a chicken sandwich and a Powerade. I have so many reviews for great restaurants, and even give credit to fast food locations when they do a good job.... This location by far I do not understand how they're still in business.

Look through my reviews and see, I rarely leave a bad review.. this Jack in the box takes the Cake when it comes to terrible terrible terrible service.

I can't rightfully stop here anymore because I know without a doubt they will mess my order up.

It's fast food not rocket science.

Someone please look into your staff because they either don't know what they're doing, or they're seriously shorting people their items. There are people out there that are struggling to find a job right now that would gladly replace the individuals who just simply can't remember to give you your items.

Again, out of the 20 times that I have stopped here...... Every single time there has been a problem with my order. It's never been a specialty order, it's always been the most basic of the basic items.

This last time when they just simply forgot to give me my drink... I'm done. I'm absolutely done.Check on your staff, figure out what's going on because...

This place is the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever experienced in my life everyone is rude as hell they play around more than they pay attention that's why they can't get an order right to save their lives and then when you go and confront them they act like it's your fault even the manager Maria had a stank attitude this place will never get another Penny from me I would rather go eat at McDonald's do not recommend it to anyone you will not leave with a good experience and also I've been in fast food for a long time so as I was telling them instead of y'all playing why don't you pay attention to your customers maybe y'all can get a order right and avoid people coming in here and the manager had the audacity that she lost two employees for the way that we spoke to them but food is something that should not be played with it can make somebody very sick if it's done incorrectly I will make sure that I called the corporate office and let them know that is not just employees but your managers also need to go back to training. And learn some customer service I would run circle around them and I don't...

Wow! What an incredible experience I had today, all thanks to Christian at Jack in the Box. From the moment I placed my order, Christian's efficiency and friendly attitude were outstanding. It's not every day you get service that's both fast and genuinely pleasant. My order was not only ready in record time, but it was also prepared perfectly. Every item was exactly as I requested, piping hot, and delicious. Christian truly sets the gold standard for what great customer service should be, and he deserves all the praise for his hard work and attention to detail. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Christian's effort. It's the small things that make a big difference, and he absolutely nailed it. The accuracy of my order, combined with the speed of service, made my day. It's clear that Christian takes immense pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the food and the overall experience. I'll definitely be back to this Jack in the Box location, and I'm hoping Christian will be there to deliver another...
