RUN! Do not believe they are selling you a quality camper or being honest with anything they say. We purchased a 2021 Heartland Cyclone 4006 on June 11, 2021. During closing they mentioned using the warranty to fix problems around twenty times, between Jeff in financing and our salesman Keith Foust. We had a four week period for trying to purchase this camper and they were zero help other than not having us put a security deposit. we should have read the room & seen ALL of the red flags. We drove four hours home with our camper after hesitantly signing papers on June 11 and by June 18 had to begin a warranty claim process with Heartland -- T&S does not have ANYTHING to do with you after you leave the lot with your camper. Heartland (or your manufacturer) is your contact at this point. We brought up several things during our walk through and assumed they were fixing them as we were closing. Minor issues like screws missing and easy things. The camper was not clean and there was sawdust everywhere and in every light fixture. Keith had been notified at 9am that morning we were coming and NOTHING was done to prep the camper before we got there around 4:30pm. When we finished signing papers, they had the camper closed up and pulling it out with their tractor. It was 6:05 on a Friday evening and they (Keith) were whispering "thanks for staying late" to each other like it was an inconvenience. Everything IS an inconvenience except their commission check.
We spent $97k on a brand new camper and need two AC replaced before week one was up, a major problem is the slide cable frayed compromising & causing our bedroom slide to sag, the slide topper T&S refused to remove (bc it added a $3k value) compromised the entire main slide as it beat the inside of the camper with the interior slide frame during a storm and the topper tried setting sail, our floor squeaks in the bedroom where it's not anchored to the joist properly, our USB port in the book shelf in the bedroom does not have power to it, nothing was caulked correctly around the shower surround or sinks, the generator is iffy and needs to be manually started rather than auto starting when power cuts off, gas pump has a leak at nozzle and we had trash in the gas (we did get gas at Buccees on the way home but we had to put four wheelers in the shop from the gas they said they "put 5 gallons to show the generator runs" we believe It was compromised then), gray tank overflowed and the tank pulls are not labeled and sometimes get hung and don't open the tank at all, the exterior doors do not shut fully around top and bottom edges, floor is uneven in kitchen in front of fridge on hard part not the slide part, cannot use freezer ice maker because it will leak, Garage ac only blows fan no cold air, thermostats do their own thing and will jump to furnace or turn completely off, all 3 ceiling vents pour water inside when it rains, interior screws are pressing onto the exterior wall where the microwave is, and numerous cosmetic issues with trim falling off inside and outside, blinds falling out of the valances, heavy valances screwed into the fake board walls, screws missing, screw holes left where they missed, spackle mud over staples like they did it with their finger, they didn't properly add the main slide topper & they added on ~1.5ft piece that is crooked, I could go on. There's supposed to be a TV in the garage and they gave us 3 remotes but only 2 TVs and kept the tv for the garage. The TV in the living room began glitching and has lines going across it randomly. They also did not give us the ladder for the happijac bed. But we did get a "free poop hose and a hat" After our $97000 purchase.
Don't waste your time or money here! Unless of course you want to become very close with Heartland. Keep pictures and videos of everything.
All in all I do not recommend T&S or Heartland. We do not feel safe in this camper AT ALL. If it was just one or two things i could manage fixing things, but this many issues of the lot "brand new" is unacceptable.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn June of 2024 we had the pleasure of meeting and working with the staff at T&S RV & Sport when we purchased our RV. Given this was our first time diving into the RV world we were a bit nervous about this new chapter in our lives, however our family couldnāt be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we initiated communication with the team we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The first person we interacted with in the T&S family was Lane with the sales department. Lane was very accommodating in honoring our request to keep our communications via email at first until we were ready to meet in person. He was extremely helpful in answering a number of questions we sent him via email, and when it was time and our family felt comfortable, Lane showed us around the RV we were interested in. While at the dealership we had a pleasant conversation with Lane on the RV industry itself and he answered a number of additional questions that we had. He also kept us informed throughout the entire process once we decided to move forward with our purchase.
Once we selected the rig we wanted and finalized our purchase we then met with Chris who performed the walk through with our family. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on RVs in general. Despite our family having watched almost every RV video on YouTube to try and get up to speed on the basic operation of an RV, Chris was still able to share some interesting insight into certain aspects of RVing that we hadnāt seen or heard before. He took the time to explain all of the features of our particular RV and answered every question that we had. It was good to hear that he and his family were RV owners themselves and we appreciated several of the personal experiences and points that he shared with our family that will help us in our journey.
We finalized our purchase when signing all of the necessary paperwork and working with Jeff in the finance department. We actually started with Jeff early on during the finance phase and we appreciated his diligence in helping us secure the best deal. He provided us a number of options, and worked to get us the best possible rate. He even helped us secure a better quote that we were able to obtain when it came time to insure our rig so we appreciate the assistance he provided there as well. We never felt pressured to try and buy any extras that are typically offered when making a purchase of this nature. We also appreciated that there were no hidden fees that the vendor tried to impose on usā¦what you see advertised on their website is truly what you will pay. Not only that, but they also had the best price compared to other dealerships in our surrounding area. This is how a business focused on its customers should be run.
The biggest thing that stood out from T&S was their commitment to exceptional customer service. We highly recommend T&S RV & Sport to anyone in the market for an RV. Itās no surprise that family owned and operated business like these stand out from the other big box dealerships. Their combination of top-notch customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and their wide selection of RVs made this a great experience for us. Thank you to all the staff at T&S that made our dream to own an RV a reality and making this a seamless and...

We bought a new 5th rv from t&s in 2022 site unseen (yes, I know this was a mistake). Upon arrival the rv had a flap on the underbelly open, the counter was broken, 3 of the pulldowns were missing their end caps and all the water connections leaked. We reached out to T&S and were told they would have a new countertop mailed to us, they ordered us end caps and we fixed the other small issues. Within a couple days a rain storm came and rain was pouring in one slide. I called T&S and asked what might be going on. I explained buckets of water were coming in and I was told by Phil, "When it rains hard, you're going to get water in your rv." This is an ignorant answer. I immediately got all the water out and inspected the rv slide in the storm. There was no sealant on a large part of the slide out. We fixed that, pulled everything and dried out the slide. We were very fortunate there was not water damage and we had been in the rv at the time. A few weeks down the line, I got a call from Phil who let me know the countertop was in and that it was going to be too expensive to ship so I would need to pick up. I said absolutely not and it needed to be delivered as originally agreed upon. An employee brought it out to us and we decided to install ourselves. We opened the box and discovered they had sent us the wrong rv model countertop. I reached out to Phil and was told to call another lady for warranty. When I called back in I was told to call heartland and deal with them directly. All in all, T&S has cost us several hundred dollars and countless hours of our own time because they simply didn't care or were too lazy. Phil did a video walk through before delivery and the unit was supposed to have gone through a service department checklist. No idea why the belly was cut but I assume there was a repair made. I don't mean to be nit picky but when you buy something new you expect it to be in new condition and working and follow up to be helpful.
Here is a list of our issues: Repairing the belly Leaking slide Cracked countertop Leaking storage compartments Around 7 nail pops - 3 screws sticking straight up through the floor A dented fridge Slideouts mis aligned by an inch and a half in one room and an inch in another. Leaking water connections and water heater Leaking propane connections - this was a big one. Heater not working properly due to leaking propane...
