Starbucks — Restaurant in Navasota

Coffee was delicious of course. Employees were professional yet interactive. Unfortunately I ran into one snag when ordering in advance At this store a customer does NOT have the ability to advance order their coffee. The area with the clock that the customer SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE order for pick up at customers convenience- will only allow customers to order 3 to 7 minutes in advance. No more. When I ran across this issue I called the Navasota store manager, I was told I'd have to wait and place my online order when I was 10 minutes away from being ready to pick up my order. Since I was driving from my home in Bremond to my granddaughters by volleyball tournament in Anderson, I wanted my coffee to be prepared and ready so app I had to do was pick up the cup and walk out. In order to do this I set an alarm on my own cell phone so I would remember to place the order with 10 minutes time. Other than this tiny snag everything...

First off I wanna say that the customer service there is always spot on! I’ve never reported a problem or been disgruntled, but I’m always met with an attitude from them as if they would give their left kidney to make sure I had a great experience! The only reason I’m docking stars is because the iced black tea at this location, which I always get no matter what store, is always an off taste. Normally it has hints of citrus which I don’t care for, but will tolerate. Today it tasted like medicine. I think it’s safe to say I won’t probably order iced tea from them anymore. I just wanted to leave some feedback that their system for tease are not the same standard that you find other places. As far as everything else, I wish I could...

Wheelchair user Review: I go to Starbucks very often and grab my drink and go. Always saying hello and how is the peoples day (who are working there). This Starbucks stands out very well compare to the one in Houston area…

1. they have automated door button for wheelchair users.
2. the door to the restroom is NOT heavy
3. a lot of table space to park a wheelchair under…
4. staff is so caring and friendly
5. staff tells you the quickest way to travel (if u get lost around there)

Worth the visit and always look forward to visiting this...
