Coffee was delicious of course. Employees were professional yet interactive. Unfortunately I ran into one snag when ordering in advance At this store a customer does NOT have the ability to advance order their coffee. The area with the clock that the customer SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE order for pick up at customers convenience- will only allow customers to order 3 to 7 minutes in advance. No more. When I ran across this issue I called the Navasota store manager, I was told I'd have to wait and place my online order when I was 10 minutes away from being ready to pick up my order. Since I was driving from my home in Bremond to my granddaughters by volleyball tournament in Anderson, I wanted my coffee to be prepared and ready so app I had to do was pick up the cup and walk out. I’ve never reported a problem or been disgruntled, but I’m always met with an attitude from them as if they would give their left kidney to make sure I had a great experience! The only reason I’m docking stars is because the iced black tea at this location, which I always get no matter what store, is always an off taste. Normally it has hints of citrus which I don’t care for, but will tolerate. Today it tasted like medicine. I think it’s safe to say I won’t probably order iced tea from them anymore.
