If you value truth and integrity, this is not the dealership for you.
I found a truck online and submitted an inquiry rather quickly! Spoke to the salesman and he said the truck was available, sent me pictures and videos, and we filled out paperwork as I wasnât able to get to the dealership to see the truck for a couple of days. Went through all of the paperwork, signed documents, got approved for financing (or so I thought) and it was all ready to go.
I went and test drove it. It was strange, what was a super friendly and eager salesman via email and on the phone quickly turned into almost âletâs get this over withâ attitude. I didnât haggle price or try to negotiate anything, but there was an issue with the alignment, pretty major issue. I expressed that I wanted that fixed before I left and all he kept saying was âwell my boss isnât gonna be happy about it but Iâll try but these cars are sold as isâ dude, I couldnât care less about how happy your boss is. Either fix it or I walk, no hard feelings. Funny enough, the âas isâ work truck that had dents and scratches all over it, came with a $459 dollar PAINT WARRANTY! I told him I didnât want it, âoh thatâs not optional, it goes on all of our vehiclesâ what do I need a paint warranty for for a work truck? Seriously? Anyway, they fixed the alignment. Got the keys, drove it home, everything was fine! I started outfitting it for my job, bought a box and had a custom rack built for it. I get a call 2 weeks later that âthe bank isnât funding the loan so we have to change it, hereâs the new terms (shorter term but higher monthly) take it or bring the truck back. I was shocked! I didnât have much of a choice at that point after all the money Iâd spent outfitting it for my job. Only bright side is I made them take off that dumb paint warranty so I didnât have to pay for that. Anyway, long story short, theyâre liars and I wouldnât trust them to sell a shoe let alone a vehicle. Buyer beware.
Side note, the truck is fantastic and Iâm glad I found it, I just with it had been from someone else. Theyâll never...
Read moreUpdate to my review - The dealership responded to this review, I believe in bad faith to lie to people that read reviews saying, The Manager has been trying to get ahold of me via email and text with no response. The truth is I have reached out multiple times over the past two weeks and never receive a response back. Which I now believe to be this dealerships shady character issue. Being honest, and trying to resolve any issues is the bare minimum a dealership can/should do. So because of that and all my issues with them I implore you to find a deal elsewhere as I believe this dealership to be shady and doing illegal acts by selling a car to someone and then selling that car "New" to me. Shame on you, to management and whoever runs your internet dept. for lying like you have been trying to reach out and trying to save face.
Last attempt to get this dealership to make right with my truck before doing the investigation with the DMV/Gov Agencies. I purchased a "NEW" 2023 F-150 Limited from this dealership on 8/28/23, turns out the truck was already sold New on 5/17/23 and was titled in someone else's name and had a turbo replaced before I got it. Leaving me with in reality a used low milage truck with 4 months of missing warranties. So if you listen to any reviews on the internet listen to this one, Beware of this new cars dealership, and If you do purchase a car from them get a carfax even on the new car as you won't know if its new or not or if you're getting the full warranties you're owed. Hopefully they make this right before I have to continue to progress this issue up the chain (emailed the 6/13, still...

Sold me a BRAND NEW Bronco with a CHECK ENGINE light on. No apology from management. Not a single word. Took way too long to get fixed under warranty and almost ruined my plans for my roadtrip to Colorado.
LOST my old plates even though I followed up on them several times to make sure I get them back
Management LIES about their BS dealer add ons (salesman says ceramic coat is put on after car is sold, management claims that every car on the lot already has it)
Wheel locks from their BS dealer add ons ($200) NOT ON THE CAR. On "back order" but l'm sure they continue to charge $200 for them on every car they sell. They were supposed to be in last week but dealer has not reached out. Get it together.
They said that college grad rebate is done directly through Ford corporate when signing papers, but Ford corporate says the finance/sales manager from the dealer has to submit the paperwork for the rebate. Dealer conveniently won't get back to me on this.
When calling the dealer to connect with the sales manager to get the rebate paperwork filled out, they connected me to a salesman who claimed to be a manager. Didn't do anything to help. And DISHONEST
I've reached out several times by phone, text, and through Ford, and still nothing. I want my $200 WHEEL LOCKS and my REBATE. Convenient for them to stay quiet and I'm tired of wasting my time reaching out
Never again. Shady business. Awful customer service. Go anywhere else. They lie about whatever is convenient for them. College Station Ford is 30 minutes up the road, give...
