Arby's — Restaurant in Nebraska

Lobby was closed 2 out of the last 3 times I've been there, You would think they would post that on their electric marquis outfront instead of just a little sign on the walk in door. Tonight the whole store was closed at 5 when I showed up nobody there. Not a very good way to operate a business when business would like to have truck drivers come in... I don't walk through a Drive-through. And the last time I got my food the fries were cold and the boneless chicken wings were cold and tough and had the wrong Sauce.... VERY DISAPPOINTING WAY TO SPEND 10 BUCKS. I am in Grand Island usually 3 to 44 times a week and I always liked arby's foods, however I probably won't come back to this one ... Ever, I don't like...

Best Arby's ever! Back for seconds I decided to add the video showing the outlets for customer and the TV, several people where eating here, which I think is because the environment is so nice. I eat at these all over the country and they hooked up the gyro 🥙 better than ever anywhere. I actually felt retroactively ripped off by other gyros at other locations. I ordered a meal to go tonight and figured my receipt would be in my sack and it wasn't. As I was on my way out of town, I got an hour down the road and called the restaurant and asked if there is any way they still have the receipt and if they could take a picture of it and send it to me in a text that I would appreciate it and by golly she found it, sent it and that was perfect I greatly appreciate it thank you so much you went above and beyond to do...
