Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Nebraska

We live just down the street, so I always try to come to this Jimmy John's if we need a quick meal. It's supposed to be freaky fast. That's their whole motto. And yet every single time we come to this Jimmy John's they are incredibly slow. Today I've waited 28 minutes if you count the time waiting to even order behind only one car, and then waiting behind that same car to get to the window, and then not even being greeted at the window. There are four cars behind me in line. Jimmy John's corporate, please fix this problem! This Jimmy John's location is slow every single time! It is absolutely unacceptable, and completely contrary to your whole business model. I only ordered two sandwiches, no sides, no drink. No special changes to the sandwich, no special order. It should not...

Would give 0 stars if I could. My wife ordered delivery through the Jimmy John's app, but according to their staff, they were "too busy to deliver themselves, so they have to use their 3rd party delivery." However, Jimmy John's can't even punch an address in correctly, as they sent their 3rd party delivery person to a completely different area (when we are just down the street from this JJ location). An hour later and terrible communication from JJ's, we were able to receive our food, while JJ's might've gotten one of their 3rd party deliverers in trouble because they can't even get an address right. JJ's own logistics online show Thursday nights aren't busy at all at this location, but they still decide to almost ruin an evening....over two...

Placed an online order, I guess they had a huge order before mine but I had to call 45 min later to see if they got my order, I called again to make sure they didn’t make our food too early and said they made it 20 min ago, we’ll we still didn’t get our food for another half hour so our food was sitting there for 40 min before it got delivered way over an hour later, and they were really soggy. When I called back the next day to speak with the manager because I was just irritated, she said there isn’t anything they can do and said they will tell their employees to call customers to let them know they are running late. Ya they never called me I had to call! So soggy sandwiches, and not made how they were suppose to be made, and nothing to do?...
