The last 3 times I have been here I have been incredibly disappointed. I order at this location pretty regularly and each time is more disappointing than the last. One time I ordered a bowl and ended up with a piece of plastic that looked like the corner of a plastic bag in my bowl. The last time I ordered, I ordered 3 items: a bowl, a burrito and a kids quesadilla meal. Got all the way home started taking items out of the bag and my burrito was missing. I usually check prior to leaving the parking lot and didn't this time. Tried to call the store and all you get is an automated service. Drove all the way back to the restaurant and on my way in I was told by a family "good luck, they are running out of everything." Went up to the counter and let them know I was missing the item. They made it, and then handed me the burrito. It wasn't wrapped all the way, and part of the tortilla was exposed. It wasn't put it in a bag, it was just handed to me. Then tonight....I arrived about 5 minutes past the pick up time I had set on the app because it usually takes longer than that for the order to be ready. I walked in and my order wasn't ready. The cashier asked for the name on the order and said politely it would be ready shortly. Another worker came up to the line and started making a burrito which turned out to be mine. He had put fajita veggies in it, which was definitely not an ingredient that I marked or wanted. I always mark extra rice, extra sour cream, and extra cheese, there definitely wasn't extra, there was just a sad dollop and sprinkle of these ingredients. I watched as another employee made a bowl for a separate order and put a generous amount of each ingredient on that, granted I don't know what that customer ordered, but the employee that made my food didn't seem to refer to the receipt to make the order correctly, or honor the special requests that are available to select on the app. My order was then bagged and almost shoved into the pick up shelf when I was standing right by it and it could have just been handed to me. The prices continue to increase, which I more than understand as I work in the restaurant business myself, but don't those increases ensure that the portions and quality are maintained? I used to work at chipotle, granted that was over a decade ago, but the team I worked with took pride in what we did, from cooking/preparing the food, helping customers through the line smoothly and efficiently, providing wonderful customer service, all while maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room/bathrooms and ensuring all to go orders where made correctly and in a timely manner. I understand it can be chaotic during peak hours, especially if you are short staffed, but taking an extra moment to double check and make sure an order is made correctly not only ensures customer satisfaction but will guarantee that that customer will return and more than likely bring additional...
Read moreMost weeks my trip here is decent, but today it was not. I go in and there is maybe two people ahead of me. The I ask for two burritos to go. One steak and one with chicken. The steak one I asked for a little less rice than normal. I notice the chicken burrito was fine, but the steak had a very small portion of rice so I asked for a bit more. The lady had an attitude about it. Then I see the steak again was a small portion so I ask for double meat and he loads it on. Mind you if he had put on the correct portion, I wouldn’t have asked for double meat. I ask to speak to the manager so I could make her aware of the inconsistent portion sizes. Instead of her taking the feedback, she as well acted like she had an attitude and did nothing to remedy the situation. I paid my $30 for two burritos and nothing else and left. When I attempted to call the store once I got home to ask for the general managers information, the store hung up the phone. I had to file a complaint with their customer service and I let them know how terrible this place is. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service so I’m not sure why anyone who has had similar experiences would want to go back. We are better off supporting local places that would at the very least appreciate our hard...
Read moreMaybe it should've been a sign when there was a chain and a padlock around the front doors with a sign written by a child to use other doors. Obviously the guy folding napkins..... (it'll make sense later) Customer service. Lots of customers, no service. Pony tail was the only one who had any clue out of the 5 that were working. She was obviously baby sitting adult children. Mobile orders? I thought when you out your mobile order in online you came and pick it up off a shelf. NOPE, NOT HERE. You have to get in the back of the line and show your phone to them what you ordered ONLINE FOR PICK UP. I get you gotta stay in your lane, but does staying in your lane consists on multi folding a napkin to wipe crumbs off in-between each order? Correct me if I'm wrong but guacamole is $2 a SCOPE, NOPE NOT HERE. $2 a thimble. When staggering orders its helpful to put each other together. Right? I find it to be the most efficient to mix the orders together and have a sweet surprise at checkout. My advice, keep pony tail, and fire the rest of them. If you have equal parts customers and workers it should be quick and simple transaction. Also on a side note, avoid...
