I will never, ever do business with this DD or their highly unprofessional employees. My daughter left her iPod in this store, and the 'manager' stated she would leave it at the store for me the next day (I had to travel a couple hours to get there).. So we arrived and no one had a clue what I was talking about. No iPod left anywhere.. Once they got ahold of her, she stated she forgot and would mail it the next day. I waited several days, and called /texted to get a confirmation if package was mailed.. No response. I continued to attempt contact to get tracking number etc.. Still no response... After almost a week.. I stated to the manager...that if I do not hear from someone that my iPod has been sent, I will have no choice but to report it stolen.. Well, this supposed manager,,, Maria... Sent me a barrage of horribly unprofessional texts..cursing me out with the F word.. Telling me it's not her damn problem... And that I should be more responsible with my 'sh**'... Yes.. That's right., the manager! Obviously, I proceeded to make a complaint to the owner of the store. She said the package was mailed... And she couldnt believe her manager would say those things to me.. As she's' not that kind of person '... Very much in defense of her... I sent a copy of all text messages to her.. Yes, she' apologized 'for her employee.. Acknowledging she should never have spoken to me like that etc, but after a few days she had a major change in attitude... Giving me attitude etc.. Again highly unprofessional. Here we are almost 3 weeks later(not their fault apparently, it got hung up at post office) I just get the' package '.. And the box is empty... No iPod. I asked her when she mailed it to please add insurance to it.. This was never done. Not saying this was her fault... But I'm now out of a $400 iPod.. That had it been left for me as first stated.. I wouldn't have gone through all this... And now the iPod has vanished. I've truly never dealt with such unprofessionalism in any...

The kids that work here all seem eager and willing to work hard, but sometimes things seem really disorganized, like there's no one focused on keeping the ship running smoothly. There was one young man working here that seemed to really kill himself to be kind to customers, keep things moving quickly, and overall do a superb job - but I haven't seen him in a while. Whenever he was working, I knew my order would be good/consistent. There's a young woman working here now that seems to know what she's doing, but she doesn't seem to have the support to run things. There was also one week recently where I tossed every coffee we got here because it tasted like the cream or milk used was spoiled or on the verge of spoiling (this goes for iced coffees, lattes, and frozen coffees). It just seems like management here could pay closer attention to the details (this is the first dunks I've been to that's often out of certain donuts and bagels by midday - is anyone keeping track of supply/demand for stock orders?), and more carefully train everyone on how to make (espresso) drinks, and on how to shift "work zones" if...
Read moreThis place is awful. I orderd through the app and they had a cold drink instead of a hot drink. Then we ordered two Reese's peanut Butter Sqaures through the app again. They said they had only one and asked me to pick something else but I didn't want any other type, so I asked to refund and they said they can't that I'm forced to choose one. When I asked for a Supervisor, the girl said to wait and after half an hour a very young African American boy walks in and says he can't refund to card and gives me in cash (all dirty and torn dollar notes). When I pointed out that the notes were torn and to give some decent notes if he can't refund to card, he bluntly refused in an arrogant way, and I had to raise my voice to get at least decent notes if he can't refund in same payment form. Awful place. Made me decide to stick with Starbucks...
