I wouldn’t leave a star but you have to to make a comment I went to the drive thru in neosho 3 times this week and each time they were out of roast beef and it was a 2 to 3 hour wait for roast beef how do you do business this way cause each time was 5pm they need to just shut Arby’s down and put a restaurant that wants to serve the public there what a waste of commercial property I guess you can only put one review up on here so I’m adding to my previous post now I went back to neosho Arbys yesterday 2/9/23 545pm this time they had Roast beef but no Arbys sauce in packets and soda fountain had very few available choices and no regular fries just curly fries was available no onion buns either and bathrooms were out of service why is this restaurant even opening maybe for tax write off for profit loses I don’t know and I know the distribution company for this chain and know it’s not product availability I think our city would like a restaurant that will serve what’s on their menu so hopefully we get better restaurants in the near...

I wished I would have taken a picture, half a bottle of mayo, a piece of lettuce, 2 tiny slices of tomato that was on one side of the bun and a piece of chicken that looked like it was tore off another piece about the size of a tablespoon on the other side. Turned around, went back. Went inside, ask if this really what we call a sandwich, even though the manager offered to make another, her attitude totally sucked, slammed the sandwich in the garbage and was cussing me all the way to the fryer. Read moreNight manager needs some customer service training. It was 8:37pm and we asked her if they were still open since all the chairs were up on the table and the dining area was blocked off . Her reply” only for 15 minutes” in a sarcastic tone. She was Very rude and was mouthing about another customer who asked the young man who was rubbing his nose standing at the fryer to please put on gloves before he handles the food . Not to mention this same young man dropped our condiments on the floor and then handed them to us from the floor and placed our cups upside down on the counter near the register.
