Without a doubt, the overall best place to go in Neosho when in need of reasonably priced adult beverages and tobacco products. Staff are always smiling and friendly. The Owner/Manager ( Raj' ) is very kind and accomidating.The overall selection and variety is surprisingly wide to say the least. A truly, must-see to believe setting for a rural Missouri establishment. Certainly not what you would expect to find in a typical small town liquor store. What's especially helpful is, if there happens to be something your searching for, or if you have a special request that's unique to your taste and you can't find it anywhere else in town. Raj', the owner will happily offer to special order it for you, and it'll usually arrive by the next day. He will even keep it in stock for you as well! This business, unlike most of the locally owned businesses in the area, is by far succeeding in customer service, and by so, creating long-term customer loyalty as well. They're certainly doing everything right! For these reasons. I give it an easy 5 ⭐'s. I'd definitely go out of my way again and again in order to experience this kind of customer satisfaction. As a person who does not consume much alcohol (beers, liquors, wines, etc.), I stopped in here to grab a couple wines, ports, sparkling wine, etc. for a small gathering for the New Year.

I needed some guidance for what to get for the occasion vs price point, etc.

The assistance that I received was kind, patient, detailed! Prices here are reasonable, and quite a great selection for a "smaller" shop.

The guidance and willingness to help here has far exceeded any experience at say.......

Was in town visiting from out of state. Wanted to see the craft beer selection. Didn't see what we were looking for style wise (saison, New England IPAs we haven't had before, fresh IPAs) on the way out the owner made a comment about us not liking his prices?

Honestly didn't even look at prices while I was there, we would have bought something if we found what we were looking for.
