McDonald's — Restaurant in Neosho

I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette. She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don't think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald's restaurant or drive through, but that is another story. I went to McDonald's for dinner tonight and got a McChicken combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, 'why don't you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot where it is cold'. That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don't want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy. Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don't think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush? How do you feel about eating in your vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant versus eating inside...

Came in for a DD pick up, stood at the counter for 10minutes before anyone came over, (even though both girls looked at me). The younger brown haired expeditor cleared the DD screen. Literally watched her do it, still no food. The whole kitchen was moving slow, disorganized. One guy on station, 3 people expediting. No one on counter, and the screen wasnt even full.

Older cashier asked why I was there, told her, she then goes to the expo station and stands around doing nothing, the younger dark haired expeditor is flirting with the 30yr old looking dude in the hirez vest and is doing nothing.. another 5-10 mins go by and the older lady comes back, asks what tge order i was waiting for is and i tell het, and the younger girl pipes up, we never got it. Yes, you did. I show them the order, and the order # , nobody does anything. The younger girl gets snotty and says again Its not on the screen, we never got it, i havent touched it.

I watched you stand there and clear it off. Instead of just tapping the button on the monitor to recall the order they stand around doing nothing looking confused. The cashier walks into the lobby and disappears. Noone asks a manager for help, just utter nonsense.

I called my customer, told them what was going on and filed the report with dd. Dont order delivery from here.

**edit to add: they never did make the order, nobody came back to the counter to help, both managers saw us from their office, the one armed lady and the shorter dude with glasses. Both ignored us. Idc what reply I get back on here trying to justify their actions , Ive got the timestamps from arrival to when I was on the phone with dash support to try and resolve the issue.

Everytime we order from here the food tastes like it shares DNA with cardboard upon us ordering from here today there were multiple employees running around like headless chickens we sat there for 20 minutes we seen a few cars that came after us get served first then we were asked if someone elses order was ours 4 times and each time it was a diffrent order we only ordered a Mcchicken and a double cheese burger plain we then continued to wait the fifth and sixth time we were asked what we ordered again and on the sixth time finally got our order i wouldnt be mad if it wasnt an everytime thing. Yesterday we went to get some mcnuggets and asked to pay with 2 cards we told the gentleman that we could do 5 dollars on the first card and he continued to try and charge the card the full price even after telling us we could split it between two cards this went on for a few minutes of us telling him to charge the card 5 and the other card 2 but he continued to tell us he couldnt charge the 7 on our first card we cancelled the order and left. Between today yesterday and every other time we have gone there i can say with certainty i will not being going back to any mcdonalds again i will find a new favorite place to eat. Its just not worth it anymore they never get the order right they alwayse forget something. Once in a while i understand having a bad day hey we all got days like that its fine but every single time we go sorry thats just poor service of staff. Not saying everyone there is bad but something has to change its ridiculous. The food isnt even good anymore either it honestly does taste like cardboard especially...
