Is continuously not putting receipts inside order bags. No matter the day the workers will forget to add sauces to your order and still charge you.
I've ate at this location constantly for two weeks as a test run of the % of the time they forget items and it's well above %50. I understand the work environment can be fast paced but even when the lot and lobby is empty problems still occur.
It's always nice to get home with items missing from your order on top of not having a receipt for proof of payment.
Aside from the poor service I'll mention a little bit about the work environment. If you are hired here it's advised to stay away from the registers even if you know what you are doing, my former manager gale trained me on a register that later occurred to me wasn't logged in with my fingerprint.
I have never had history or problems with bill exchange, Continued my day and was fired a few days later for stealing.
Within those few days I heard talk about how the manager was moved to this location for issues at another And how she (might) be pocketing money from the company lock box at this current location.
There are some great people that work here and others that will steal from you

Also don't expect to get served after 11pm. even though the hours are suppose to be till 12am . Twice this week I've sat at the order menu in the drive-thru just a few minutes after 11pm and with all the lights on everywhere the menu lit up (and in one visit a car was at the pick-up window getting their order) and was blown off by the staff. I understand if you don't have the business then why stay open . But at the same time you should try and keep your posted hours . And if not then turn off the main sign and the menu lights in the drive thru so potential customers don't waste their time trying to get service from a business that doesn't want to stay open for their patronage . I have food allergies and tend to eat what I'm used to because I know it's not going to harm me. And I usually get a BIG BACON CLASSIC DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. All I asked for was the burger nothing else. And they gave me a BIG BACON CHEDDER instead. I was understanding and went back in after I had unwrapped the burger to see something else. They gave me the new burger and a frosty for the mix up and I went back home... JUST TO SEE THAT THEY GAME ME THE SAME THING WITH BEEF INSTEAD.
