Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

I would give zero stars if I could. I called to place an order and was told to hold by the person who answered and I was fine with that. I waited for 5 minutes before it sounded like someone answered the phone and I said, "Hello?" In response I got hung up on. I called back 2 more times with no answer. Upon trying a 3rd time, the lady answered and again told me to hold and I explained the situation. She snapped back with an annoyed tone, "I'm sorry ma'am (i'm a guy!) i'm the only person working tonight." I tried to say the mix up but she continued to talk over and yell at me before hanging up on me again. I used to be a regular customer and now this Dominos has forever lost...

FALSE ADVERTISING. Like they do all the time they stopped the timer before the pizza is done. Then they stop the timer at :56 seconds(3-4 minutes later pizzas came out) so they do not have to honor their new advertisement of getting the order to you within 2 minutes. Well checked in before pizzas were done, pizzas then on Dominos tracker showed pizzas were done, 2 minute timer starts, rolls down to :56 seconds and stops, employee comes out without pizza and tells me order is not ready and will be out. 3-4 minutes after they stopped the timer the Pizza came out.
