The customer satisfaction surveys that Capriottis pesters their customers to submit are largely ignored. I submitted a survey June 28th regarding a horrible experience here at this location and requested to be contacted. It took their "customer service" department two weeks to respond to me and when I wrote back to them, they never responded.
I ordered a Half Impossible Cheese Steak sandwich at 12:17 PM, there was one other group of four customer that ordered in front of me. After 20 minutes, my sandwich was still not ready, and I asked about it and was informed “Sorry, Boss – it’s going on the grill right now” by one of the line workers. I waited, and the worker went back to the prep line and never went to the grill to start my sandwich. After ten minutes more, nobody had even approached the grill to start my sandwich – I approached the cashier, stated that I was going to be late returning to work from lunch and could I please have a refund since my sandwich was never made and I had to leave.
The cashier stated she couldn’t issue a refund and that the manager would have to do so – the cashier approached someone who I presume was the manager/team lead, and she initially yelled out at me that they were just getting ready to make my sandwich. I responded I couldn’t wait, and I just wanted a refund – she responded that she “didn’t have time for that” and continued whatever she was doing in the kitchen. I waited five more minutes with no further interactions with any of your staff, eventually collecting my receipt from the cashier (who had been hiding in the back, washing dishes instead of being up front where the customers were gathering) and I left without either my sandwich or my refund.
Seriously, this is the single worst experience I have ever had with a Capriottis – your people just didn’t care at all about the inconvenience they caused or the customer experience. I normally go to Capriottis 2-3 times per week, and this incident has me reconsidering ever returning to any of your locations. Port of Subs and Firehouse Subs have a quality product, and frankly, their attention to basic customer service is lightyears ahead of what your staff at this...
Read moreCapriotti’s has opened another location on S Las Vegas Blvd . In front of the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. ( next to Chevron gas station). We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years. We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Our favorite is: “American Wagyu cheese steak “ and it is so delicious that we keep coming back over and over again. Yummy! They even have vegetarian options like : Impossible Cheese Steak , Veggie Chicken cheese steak, Veggie Turkey. They have a new menu item: a cheesesteak fries- a must try!
Their sub sandwiches are flavorful, made with award-winning traditional recipes, and fresh ingredients. Always fresh sandwiches at reasonable pricing.
The staff at this location is friendly and welcoming. The place is very small ( only few tables) , but very clean and inviting.
Highly recommended! Definitely...
Read moreI was so excited to get Capriotties again while in Vegas. Lived her 45 years and ate at various locations hundreds of times. It was our 3rd time this week, first time at this location. The bread was old/ hard on both sandwiches. The bobby had almost no cranberry or stuffing and the other sandwich was hard as a rock and loaded with the sauce and very little slaw. These were absolutely the worst Capriotties sandwiches that I've ever had. Guess that's why it's got a 3. Something stars. A Little effort would be appreciated. Wasted my time and money, bravo.
Edit‐ I did reach out to corporate. They said basically the same as you and...
