Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

Tuesday October 29th @4pm

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PROFUSELY VOMIT.

Took my son to his doctors appointment at 2pm. I’m never really over here unless it’s for that. It was now 4pm, we were SUPER hungry because his appointment took awhile. First thing I saw was Carl’s Jr. so I was like “heck, we will just get something here.” I got a spicy western bacon cheeseburger. My wife got the guacamole fries and I got a large French fries for my son. We were all so hungry that we just ate our food without really even checking it or thinking about it. Granted we should be able to trust this place because who would really give us spoiled or rotten food right? How inhumane would that be? Anyways, I had a few stops to make before getting home. It was now around 6pm and all of a sudden I have to find a place RIGHT THAN AND THERE. This is gross, but I was about to crap myself. I’m going east down Tropicana and there was a Dottys there next to a Vons. I was barely able to even park the car. I sprinted up to the door, pressed the button, they let me in and I was on the toilet for about 30 minutes before I was done. I thought “okay, this has to be it because I feel a lot better.” I get back to the car, toss it in drive and I was begging to pull outback onto Tropicana. I than started to feel super woozy. I put the car in reverse, parked it and opened my door and started vomiting with my door open. Everyone staring at me it was so embarrassing. I had to have my wife start driving. The whole way home I was dry heaving into a grocery bag that I found in the back seat. I get home and started throwing up this burger that I had eaten. It was now almost 7pm and my stomach was absolutely REFUSING to digest and keep this burger down. It was the slimiest and nastiest burger coming up that I have ever seen. And it smelled like rotten eggs. I threw up another few more times and drank water and tried to get the rest of it out of me so it doesn’t go THROUGH me. It’s is now 7:46 pm and I am currently laying on my bathroom floor feeling absolutely defeated. I kept the small portion of burger that I didn’t finish and my wife investigated it and it smells absolutely rotten. Unfortunately when I ate it I was so hungry that I drenched it with the ranch and bbq that they provide and didn’t think anything of it. Whoever the cook is you really need to start watching some Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsey and start learning to keep your food fresh. I will update how I feel later tonight and towards the following day. If I have to miss Halloween with my family I am going to be absolutely upset. I will be taking further action against this location. So far my son and my wife are okay. It’s just me. Thank the lord I didn’t share my burger with my son. I probably would have ended up causing a big problem at that Carl’s Jr later on. You have to remember that KIDS eat the food you make. You are going to end up killing someone. This store needs to...

I’ve had the worst experience at the desert inn and Maryland Carl jr. I ask for my food to be fresh please!! The manager Janet never check the food. My sandwich look like it was made a hour ago I’m only 3 min from this location. The meat was very old and you can tell they deliberately put it on because I ask for fresh. I went back to ask for my money back told them they were wrong because I was working At the time . She just saw me had the nerve to ask for a recite lucky I had it . Very rude from the start. Start saying she’s not giving me my money back over her mistake. Yes it’s your fault not the cook. You are the manager it was not busy I was the only one there. No excuses. I have work in customer service for over 8 years. Janet cursed me out and also threw up the middle fingers While I was leaving the store. The cook had to give me my money. Janet did not still. I will be calling corporate on this issue because Janet has a very bad attitude, unprofessional, she need to go back to training to learn how to deal with customers without cursing them out or throwing middle fingers up. Also a family of 5 with two children were in the store at the time. In back of me as soon as Janet started cursing and screaming at me they turn around and walked out the door. This is quite literally the most disturbing experience I have ever had while goin to Carl's jr. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by the cashier with "YOU CANT BE IN HERE UNLESS YOU BUY SOMETHING" I was shocked I said something along the lines of nice way to greet a customer and his response was you don't have to work here and deal with the scumbags who come in here every day, once again shocked! I found my wife who came in before me to order and when I took a bite out of the western bacon it was cold I asked my wife how long she received the food as she was still opening her burger wrapper she told me just now, I went up to the counter where nobody was waiting and I stood there not wanting to interrupt the guy with the horrible greeting and I assume the manager because they were talking about the schedule and the employee not wanting to work with such and such cuz they are tweakers and can't be trusted, It was at about the 3 minute mark still not being acknowledged where I justt set my food down and said these are the worst sandwiches I have ever had at a Carl's jr and walked out and cut my losses on a $22 order, he picked up the bag and threw it in the trash while sarcastically telling me thanks for coming in and he looks forward to seeing me next time....smh.....here's a tip for all the employees here if you don't like people then maybe you shoukd find a different line of work that isn't...
