The woman that worked this morning 3/6/24 at 5 am doesn’t need to be working there she is far from customer service. Walked up let a couple go in front of me. She prepped and prepared there order like she had until Christmas to get it. Then after 5 min of doing there order not once acknowledge any of the 4 customer waiting for service. She helped the man that brought in the morning donuts and not once said to those of us waiting ( Good morning I will be with you in a moment. 10 min go by another customer asked if she was open because she acted like we didn’t exist. Very poor customer service . No smiles nothing just a bad attitude. I ended up walking away along with 3 others. I am a flight attendant and her attitude was unacceptable and if this is what quality you ask of your employees Then you all need to close down. Very bad experience for a...

Just witnessed the most disgusting thing in customer service! Waited over a half hour for a coffee and myself and my fellow passengers watched the employee, who was wearing the same pair of gloves the whole time, exchange money, rub her nose with the finger and scratch her face and neck while serving food with the same gloves. She was not friendly and really terrible at her job! She took a half hour to serve less than 10 customers. I was going to oder breakfast and coffee for my entire family but instead I opted to have only a coffee and when she put my lid on with her dirty gloves I grabbed my own. Avoid this coffee shop. I have a strong stomach - I’ve eaten some very sketchy street food in Mexico and India (including raw fish) and walked away unscathed. But the coffee at this location made me so sick I ended up in the emergency room. After ordering a cold latte, I thought the ice tasted weird - almost slimy. I blamed it on sleep deprivation and drank it anyway. Big mistake. The next day, I began vomiting profusely. After several hours, I became so dehydrated I was unable to stand up and get out of bed without collapsing. I had to take an ambulance to the hospital and receive multiple rounds of anti-nausea medication and IV fluids. My intestines may never the same.
