Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Nevada

Came through here about quarter after 4.. so a super 🕓slow time on a Friday afternoon. Me and a girlfriend. They have no cars ahead of me at the speaker, but a young man outside taking orders next to the menu board. Now even though we weren't greeted, it would've been fine, if not for the eye rolls. Also the young mans complete lack of happiness or enthusiasm. It honestly brought my happy down a few octaves. Then we get to the window & the woman who I can only assume is a manager as she's wearing 👩🏻‍🍳 no hat and a button up shirt rather than a crews shirt. Ya know I'd bet she's really pretty when she smiles. Yet again no greeting,& if a customer asks for extra sauce🤨 it's not coming out of her paycheck so why would she be offended?😲(smh) So usually when someone verbally asks a question I thought it was common courtesy to respond🫣 with a verbal type of answer, well, apparently at this jack n the 🙄box eye rolls are the ticket. I guess the ever so common exchange of "thank you's", "you'r welcomes", or "have a nice day's" have become obsolete as well. I mean not only are they NOT offered but they are not responded to either. I mean even when I requested two🧊 ice waters🥤 I couldn't get a verbal response, but she had no problem responding to the employ who said something to her. Because he spoke Spanish I thought well maybe she can't speak very good English,,but then when she replied I'm perfectly clear English! 🫨 And I mean I realize by ordering only 3 orders of tacos it's not a lot of 🌮 food.. but it is by all accounts 🌮a finger food which 1 tries to 🌮eat while driving and,, ummm,,,, well not having any napkins🧻 now this has just become straight up...

SO i ordered 5 ultimate cheeseburgers and two chicken sandwhiches. This issue lasted longer than an hour. I was told to pull up front and wait for the order while i was waiting I looked at the reciept and noticed they put spicy chicken sandwhiches which i asked for a change and my money back. The process of this took a long time. The employee asked me to pull back to the drive thru and this location is busy. I had to wait and reaching the intercom I said i was the guy that wanted their order corrected. He said pull up front where i was originally at. So I waited for 4 more cars since I cant back out of the drive thru. Then I enter inside and there was another line. While I was in the line I heard another customer complain about them messing up her order as well. I talked to her and she has been waiting for a while. I was fumming for I was not the only one waiting. I bit my tongue and while I got to the front of the register another lady eating inside the fast food joint said her order was wrong and that she ordered egg rolls instead of chicken fingers. So not only did they not mess up on me but two other people. I would understand if I was the only one but three people. I hated that I waited this long and when I come home I am still missing a Ultimate cheeseburger. That hurts my heart and i did not want to endure that or ever go to that location EVER AGAIN. I am so disappointed, depressed that I waited this long and still my order was wrong. Please do not go to your location so you wont spend as much...

I’m not sure what is going on at this Jack in the box. I have eaten here for several years and it was always so good. But in recent months it seems that the food quality is just at an all time low. I haven’t been to this location in a few weeks. I heard about the Jack on the Box app so I downloaded it and decided to give this location another shot. And I was let down yet again. My tacos were cold and soggy and looked like my 2 year old son put them together. My burger was sloppily thrown together and when I bit into it it tasted like the meat was just straight raw and rubbery and also cold. My curly fries seemed to have been roasting in some 5 day old oil to taste the way that they did. I am a huge food person. I love food. So when I get an order that is as disappointing as this one it really gets to me and makes me feel very upset because I was looking forward to a nice hot and fresh meal. Only to be disappointed and now still hungry and have a stomach ache from the 3 bites that I did have.

I decided to give this Jack in the box another shot last night at around 11:45 pm. It is 9:55 am the next day. I am now leaving this review curled up in a ball on my bathroom floor with bad food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE. Food safety obviously is not important to whoever is handling the food.
