El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Nevada

Now I'll give them two stars only because the food is up to par so I ordered for curbside waited outside the person brings me my food but guess what it's another person's order so I bring it back inside and they look really surprised and then realized oh this isn't your order so then they proceeded to giving me my order a second time as I waited in my vehicle second time to bring me my order but guess what it is not my whole order only half so then I go and proceed to make sure they give me the rest of my order since I have family waiting at home for the food they finally give me my complete order the third time and I asked hey can I at least get a side of cilantro sauce they then proceed to say oh well you have to pay for that I'm like even when after you my got my order wrong two times? They said yes so I would think that common sense would be to hey this guy has been waiting and had it ordered wrong multiple times let's give him a $0.25 cilantro sauce just for the inconvenience but they couldn't even do that so customer service is horrible and everyone looks like they don't know what's going on at this location can't speak for other locations but this is probably the longest review only because no one uses common sense when it comes to customer service anymore because most people are robots and do not understand. Wow I'm going to say a hard pass on this one it's very rare I hand out a one-star you really have to go over and above for that to happen where do I start I ordered a chicken avocado burrito and instead I got a chicken taco I was told that's what we charged you for and he walked away I had homeless people asleep in multiple places see the photos I ordered four piece meal and the chicken was so overcooked that it was chicken jerky instead of what you normally are used to from El Pollo I only came to the store because it's new and I wanted to try them out the tables were dirty the handles to the doors to leave had food pieces on the push bars during our meal we were non-stop harassed by flies in an older location I would expect that but that's never happened on the Charleston location this is a brand new location it's shameful to management if you have any doubt pay attention to the date and check the store film of the...

A few months back myself and fiance tried to patronize this restaurant.. to make a long story short we attempted to enter the doors were locked when indicated that they were open we saw employees in there myself and fiance tried to get their attention to why, they completely ignored us.. I guess all they care about is the almighty American dollar and just having an employee to run the restraunt but obviously don't care how they treat customers or if they return.. My fiance even contacted corporate office regards to this experience a few times and they never called us back in regards to our experience either.. If having a bad experience and spending your money is not a deterrent to stay away fly by night places like this be my guest an ignore my personal experience.. If myself and fiance here back from the owner or corporate and there's a resolution, I will certainly update and edit this...
