This Taco Bell has gone down hill and it use to be one of the best. They don't answer their phone and even with a full staff (7 to 8 workers) they still are incompetent and can't get things right. I placed my order and when I got home was missing two of the most expensive items on my order. I tried calling the number on the receipt but no one answered so I headed back to the restaurant. I asked them if they could remake everything in my order (since it would be cold by the time I got home again) and they did... mostly. This time I had my two missing items which were Crunchwrap Supremes, however, when I got home again to enjoy it all with my stepson I found out that two of the items that were remade were those Rice and Bean Burritos from the dollar menu when they were supposed to be Burrito Supremes. I called the store again as I still had the number in my phone, and again, no answer. No reason for me to go back a second time and waste my time and gas. The lady, possibly manager, apologized but never gave me my receipt back. Also the first order had sauces however they didn't give me any on my re-order. Pretty pathetic that a place will enough staff working can't get the simple things right as I clearly watched them looking at the receipt when they were re-making my order and they still messed up! Yeah I was offered a drink while I was waiting, and which I politely turn down, but come on... really a drink!? Now because of their errors they will be answering to Corporate. On an added note they placed the receipt right on the counter where they make the food. Read moreI went through the drive through and stated my order. The lady then asked me to repeat it 3 separate times which wouldn't have been a problem, except she then told me to pull up to the next window. No one was at that window, the lady in the drive through was looking out the second window and said this window duh. And then i pulled up to the next window only to get the rudest service ive ever experienced. She told me my total and kept slamming the window. Not shutting it because ive been there many times before but slamming it in my face. I asked how much and she then snatched the money and practically threw my change at me. Then when my food was ready she practically threw it at me and yelled YOUR WELCOME without even giving me a chance to speak before the food even hit my hand she then slammed the window with her hand and never offered me any sauce for my food so i then waited a few minutes at the window to see if i could get sauce, where she looked through at me twice but never opened the window. Ive never been treated so poorly before in any fast food establishment in my life. If thats the service im going to get at a place i go almost every day then i won't be eating there again. It was out of line and she shouldn't be allowed to treat people that way just because she may be having a bad day.
So i called to try and let them know and the person on the phone put me on hold and then nevercame back to the phone. Stayed on hold for almost15 minutes and nothing. So i definitely would NOT recommend eating here. Unless you don't like taco sauce and want to be treated badly. Absolutely...
Read moreMade an order on the app not too complicated and not too large, but was asked at the drive-thru window to park so that they may bring out my meal. I waited there for almost 15 minutes before trying to call the store, to only going straight to voicemail. After going inside to get my meal which I could have done in the first place. Only to find out that it's been sitting there and I forgot to bring it out. So my food wasn't hot but to make it worse once I got home to eat the the order was completely messed up on the receipt it was correct but two things are missing and another one wasn't even done correctly. I paid around $13 for a meal for three and ended up missing about $4 worth of food and one of the missing things was for one person. I tried to call back and got sent to voicemail and I'm too tired from working to drive all the way back out to resolve the issue.
