A Disappointing Delight: One Star ⭐️

I am an ardent lover of pizzas, and as such, have visited many pizzerias in my time, but the experience at this particular restaurant left a deep scar on my pizza-loving soul. I feel compelled to share my less than satisfactory experience to guide other pizza enthusiasts.

As soon as my party and I walked in, we were met with an eerie sense of disorganization. The staff seemed unaware of their duties, and the establishment was lacking the warm, welcoming environment you'd expect from a pizzeria. The biggest surprise, however, came when we witnessed some of the kitchen staff engaging in amorous displays, completely oblivious to their professional responsibilities. It was an unappetizing sight that left us feeling uncomfortable and questioning the restaurant's standards.

We ordered four different pizzas, hoping for a delightful feast to lighten the atmosphere. However, our anticipation was quickly replaced by disappointment. Each pizza was undercooked, with the dough still doughy, and the toppings barely warmed, much less cooked. It was a significant letdown, especially considering the lofty promises of their menu.

Determined not to let this ruin our evening, we politely asked for our pizzas to be reheated. But, the chaos of the kitchen seemed to swallow our request as we had to repeat it. The staff's attitude was far from cordial, bordering on dismissive. The second time, our request was met, but the quality of the pizzas hardly improved. The reheating process merely rendered them into an edible state, but far from the mouth-watering experience we had anticipated.

Customer service was another area where this pizzeria faltered. Instead of being proactive and attentive, the staff was aloof and inattentive. We felt overlooked and uncared for. This lack of attention to customer needs is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

In conclusion, this pizzeria was a far cry from the culinary delight we had hoped it would be. We left with a bitter taste in our mouths, both literally and metaphorically. For a place that prides itself on serving the best pizza in town, the service, food quality, and overall experience were disappointingly lacking. I am full-blooded Italian and I know what pizza should be like. And Pizza Factory makes pizza with a crust that they make in Italy. The light and bubbly hand tossed type crust is amazing. And as a full-blooded Italian when I want pizza as real as home in Italy I go to Pizza Factory. Excellent pizza. I still give them five stars but I have one complaint, they have several TVs on several stations and they need to put things that are sporty or entertaining and not politically type stations. May offend some people. If it's all sports you can't hurt anybody but if you put on a news channel that favors a party, not a good idea. I owned Two Italian restaurants in my life and I always kept the entertainment neutral so that everyone's happy and I kept politics out of my business has even things that people may wear in my staff that could be offensive. We walked in at 5:35 and ordered two mini pizzas to go. There were two families in the dining room who already had their food and were eating quietly. The floor was filthy and a young man came out and started wiping the tables down with Windex. After 35 minutes, we asked how much longer it would be. The owner immediately got defensive and said they were busy and it wasn't her fault. She asked us to give her ten minutes to box up our food. Another 20 minutes passed, as we watched them scurry around to actually make our food. We overheard that they had lost our tag. At 6:30, the manager walked out with our food and stated "Well, you're getting really good pizza - but if you're in such a hurry you should call ahead.".
