La Hacienda Del Sazon — Restaurant in Nevada

Food was decent. Service was horrible. Severely understaffed, which seems to be the theme for this area, however, one lady who was bringing us chips and water never let us know she was NOT our server until we had been seated for over 20 mins and we asked if we could order drinks. She told us she could not take our drink order because then everyone (there were only 3 workers!!) would get confused. We never got menus; took it upon ourselves to look up the menu online. Finally we asked a guy at the front if we could be attended. He was nice, but not prepared to be taking orders. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was packed and there appeared to be only one waitress attending to the people seated outside. She finally came to our table for the first time AFTER we got our food. We understood and never made a big deal and even left a more than generous cash tip. Come to check our bank account the next day and they helped themselves to an extra $15. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I understand being short staffed, but to have one waitress on a Friday night, and then helping yourselves to your customer’s bank account IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. They are apparently closed on Sunday so we will have to dispute this with...

I came here today based on a friend's recommendation. When I walked in, I was the only person waiting in line. Soon after, a couple entered, followed by a single individual. The waitress came from the back and asked the couple behind me if they were dining in or taking their order to go. The couple responded that they were ordered to go, and the waitress handed them a menu.

Next, she asked the single person next to me whether he was dining in or taking out. He replied that he was dining in, and the waitress seated him. I patiently waited for the waitress to acknowledge me, even though I was ahead of both groups. Instead of checking on me, she ignored my presence completely. She brought the man who had just sat down a glass of water while continuing to overlook me for a third time.

At that point, I had had enough. If you want to treat your customers as invisible and make them wait to place an order, then I don’t need to dine at your restaurant. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that would be happy to treat their customers...

This place (at old location) used to be great. So I got there early before my wife for lunch. A young woman seats me and then goes and sits down with her friends/coworkers in a booth 2 booths away. Another lady comes brings me my salsa/beans/chips and takes my drink order(after telling me they had a drink they didnt have). My wife shows up and we sit for a while before we said loud enough to be heard we knew what we wanted. Wait a little longer a young man brings our food, we eat and food is good(not great) wait a little longer and get our check, pay and leave. It just seemed to casual for employees to be sitting eating either friends or coworkers in booths with us and not paying attention to their job. Shame it used to be our go to restaurant but I think that might be my last visit. I would rate lower is the food wasn't good, but the customer service names me not want...
