Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Winchester

Roberto's is Roberto's. It's not the best, but it's reliable and you know what you're getting. At least they're open late and they're consistant. I'll probably be back. Lol Update: so, I came back for the last time. All Roberto's are not built the same. I have to say, I went to the one on Horizon, and service and flavor were excellent. Went here, ordered 2 tacos de carne asada, no salsa, sub cilantro cebolla, 2 cheese enchiladas and a side of sour. Terrible. Worst thing was that the cheese enchiladas tasted like plastic. It's like they microwaved them in the Styrofoam. It's like they want to steal our money and kill us! Box wouldn't even shut. It was so mishapen, ugly and tasted bad. She also forgot my sour cream, but I caught it before I left. The sauces are not as good of quality as the other locations. It's like they have artificial coloring in them. Such a waste of my money!!! And most of all, my tacos didn't have any cilantro (the most important part, in my opinion) I will never be back. I prefer to gamble with garbage Rivas, or spend more money at Starboard Tack. I can't believe they microwaved Styrofoam... I swear there's karma for that. I'm so disgusted. OH! My wife placed an online order for the first time and specifically requested that no onions or anything containing onions be added, as I am allergic to them. However, once the food arrived, it was completely wrong and contained everything we had requested to avoid.

My wife called the store to explain the situation, but all they could do was apologize and say that we needed to return to the store to get a new order made. We explained that we couldn’t drive over there because our car was unavailable due to being in use.

We had placed the order online so that we didn’t have to drive to get food. We also asked for a manager, but they said there wasn’t one available and that they weren’t allowed to tell us the manager’s name or any other information about how to contact them.

They had a lot of guts to just apologize and not make things right. I could have gotten sick or even ended up in the hospital, and that would have been much worse for them. I definitely won’t be ordering...

They are all dumb, every day I go here and the California burrito has guacamole and tonight for some dumb reason it doesn't. I get the same thing every time and ask for no Mexican salsa, It always has guacamole on it I've never once asked since I've moved from San Diego it always had it on there. I called it in over the phone before I went to get it and the guy even told me it has guacamole. And being that they are cheap and don't want to make another burrito they lied to my face and said it NEVER had guacamole, and I was thinking about the carne asada burrito which I've never ate because I don't eat beef. All the guys who work here are dumb and never graduated high school. The nice lady who usually works gets it right every time and never once has she charged me for guacamole. She doesn't even speak English and she gets it right every time, and the young dude with the glasses was hiding in the back because he knew that it comes with guacamole and he knew the...
