I ordered 3 bowls one with no carrots because I am allergic. I told them on the phone. The container said no carrots. I went on my lunch break it's 30 min to the restaurant and 30 min back. I called to let them know and asked for a manager. He told me there was no manager and said the manager was Marivic. Then I noticed on my receipt that was the person who took my order over the phone and who I was currently talking to even though they said he wasn't there. He said what do you wsnt me to do I can't being you a new order. I said I spent my whole lunch break going there and back. Them I asked for a refund because I can't eat the food. He said he doesn't know how to do a refund and would physically need my card. I told him I shouldn't have to pay for something I can't eat because of an allergy and I don't have time to.come back because my break is over. He was so rude to me and when I said I work customer service and I can refund without the card he "figured out how to do it" then he said he needed me to being the food back I said ok but I am not sure when I can because my lunch is over. He said so you get a free meal whatever. I said I can bring it back but not today and he could come get it. I can't eat it if I'm allergic so not free for me. At the end of the call he said well i guess you get a free meal must be nice. Ummmm i dont need a free meal but how about you get some customer service skills! Then tells me the manger just pops in for deliveries and he cant tell me when he will be there, but he was on the phone. Lie to you customers is not a great policy. . I have never been treated so poorly when the restaurant clearly made the mistake. Never once did he even sat sorry for the mixup. Thankfully I seen them in my food and didn't eat them. What a horrible experience and I used to dine here often but will never come back again. You probably wsnt to take some classes on customer service because you have a horrible attitude and clearly need to find a...
Read moreShould be 0 stars. The employees do not understand how groupon works, or they do and just want to scam you. At first I ordered under the $14 amount, So then I add some things to make it $14, the cashier then says I have to make it a combo for some reason. She then gives me her phone with her manager on, and they explain about having to pay the difference of the $14, which I had no issue understanding, I was just trying to get up to the $14 mark. (Side note why do you want me to spend more when I'm getting it for free anyways).
After that confusion I show them the groupon and they say I already used it and "Thats not how that works". So I don't click on "View Voucher" to show you? absolutely horrendous service. And the people that go here aren't the best either. I was threatened by one of their customers and the security guard did NOTHING.
I'm genuinely surprised this place even has...
Read moreSamurai Sam’s was a disappointing experience, especially for anyone who values quality in their meal. Unfortunately, the meat was a major letdown. It was rubbery and difficult to chew, making it far from enjoyable. The pieces were cut small and awkwardly, almost as if they were an afterthought, and lacked any real flavor. It was clear that the meat wasn’t marinated or seasoned properly, leaving it bland and unappealing. The rice didn’t fare much better. It looked as if it had been slashed or poorly handled, with an unappealing texture that suggested it had been sitting out for a while rather than being freshly scooped. Instead of being fluffy and appetizing, the rice was clumpy and lacked the warmth and freshness you’d expect from a freshly prepared dish. Regrettably, Samurai Sam’s missed the mark on delivering a...
