I purchased a ring for my wife to gift her for Eid Al Fitr, My initial visit to the store was pleasant and a sales woman by the name of Nathalie Was knowledgeable and very helpful walking me through the store and showing me various pieces that I wanted to look at. I settled on a ring which I needed to have engraved and sized so it would have to be sent out for the work to be done.

Yesterday I got the call that the ring was in store and ready for pick up so I showed up today to pick up the ring, there was only one gentleman there working in the store and he brought the ring out to show to me. As I was inspecting the ring he asked if he could have the ring so he can start taking pictures for their records, mind you I was not done looking at the ring which he should've waited but I handed him the ring anyways since he was in such a rush. After he was done taking pictures of the ring he cleaned it boxed it up and handed it to me with no bag, Again I will reiterate I wasn't even done inspecting the ring, and when I asked for a bag he wanted to play 20 questions About a bag And how they do not provide bags for jewelry that is sent out for work. I advised him that the ring never left the store with me since I purchased it and he hesitantly Put the ring in a bag...... drama queen is an understatement describing this gentleman and my encounter with him , I will probably never purchase anything again...

My wife and I have been customers of this establishment way before Covid - 19 and there have been multiple reasons why we continue to come and purchase memories wether it be wedding bands, anniversary necklaces, jewelry sets for our daughters B days etc.. we have done our share of buying products here and they carry a great selection and competitive pricing locally and I have had my mothers wedding band that she gave to me to give to my wife here to get serviced so my wife can wear what my mother passed down to us for our engagement and this is where I give my review its do to the people that work here I have had the pleasure of meeting Natalie and Jaylin and many more other ambassadors of Kay jeweler but years have pass and gone and I do not recall all of their names please forgive me, but its the service that separates others and this location at the blue diamond outlet mall is hard to beat I hope they continue to be so kind and helpful please train new ambassadors to be just amazing as the people I have met. Cindy was absolutely amazing. I am recently engaged to my long time partner and my original experience at a different location was not the best. So much so that I shopped online so I wouldn’t have another bad experience. Well needless to say I was sent the wrong ring and had a return. Cindy was very friendly from the start assisted us in the return and made us feel very warm and welcome even though we were returning. As most customers do I started browsing the store. A ring immediately caught my eye that I saw at the other store. She showed me rings without judgement because I am not a diamond person. She explained everything to us made us feel like we were a valued customer instead of showing me other items just for a sale.
