The staff here is above and beyond!!

I was having one of those days...phone dying, no internet, spilled my coffee all over the front of the counter, but not a problem for them! She just came out and cleaned it up, even when I offered to help. They didn't seem the littlest bit bothered by the horrible mess I made. One cleaned my mess and the other remade my drink. Thank you for the amazing customer service and for not making me feel bad...

Very poor service on 7/6 morning, they serve like they do not drink coffee. When I asked for sugar and cream, they don’t hand sugar to you right away even though I see it behind the window. They gave you a cup of cream and just walked away, I have to ask for a lid and explain that I am driving. They don’t bother to clarify the name and just put the name that they think they heard in my pastry. This Starbucks is one of my other favorite Starbucks in the South Lake Tahoe area the baristas are always kind and friendly and know how to accommodate my wife's weird concoctions but they are always attentive and always quick making drinks and keeping the line at a good pace I'm impressed with the capabilities of this shop and will continue to come here because they know how to make...
