Horrible Customer Service! Brought my family here the other night and was highly disappointed! Starting with the service . The male waiter who served us had an attitude the entire time as if we were inconveniencing him. As a group of 8 we time to think about our order he constantly rushed us with his sour mug . After serving us he did not once check on us . He was we too busy watching the basketball game trying to get his sports bet right for march madness smh. I had to physically get up and ask for extra things needed for the table!

Now the food! lol. Let’s start with the “Jumbo” wings that are not at all jumbo. They are small winglets. One of the most driest and bland burritos I’ve ever tasted and I’ve never went to a cantina that did not get the carne asada right! Tastes super dry and ripe!! To put a cherry on top my Girlfriend had a nice long hair in her meal for extra flavor . When asked to take off the bill the waiter once again had a terrible attitude shaking his head as if did not have a bad experience and didn’t gag on a strand of hair smh! I will avoid this place if I’m Tahoe! I will never come...

Cute restaurant. We were seated immediately, but that's unfortunately where our good experience ended. I ordered one of their famous margaritas, but got a disappointing cocktail in a small glass. The waitress spoke so softly we couldn't understand her, but she did seem sweet. However, she kept forgetting about us. There was only one other party of 2 in there at the time. I got the shrimp tacos and they were alright. Not bad but nothing to rave about. Husband got the salmon, which was alright but incredibly spicy(our fault for not having a tolerance). The rice and beans wore the worse I've ever had. The rice was bland and mushy. The beans were pale and also bland. His and asked for a water refill. The girl took his cup and never came back. Just kept refilling everyone's chips? It was a really odd experience and I feel like something more is going on around there. I hope it turns around. The gentleman was helpful, but was running around a lot. I truly hope this was just a weird and random experience...

Worst service ever! There were only 4 customers in the restaurant, plus two of the bartender’s buddies, and we were all sitting at the bar. I had to flag down the bartender to ask for chips and salsa. Oh boy did I get a nasty look from him. I interrupted his nonstop conversation with his buddies. My dinner was delivered in silence and he ran back to his buddies. No offer to get me anything else. I wanted water but decided not to trouble him. I finished my margarita and pushed the empty glass forward so that he could see it was empty and maybe come over and ask me if I wanted another. He didn’t and I did want another. When I was finished eating he brought me and another couple our checks. Then he walked outside. A few minutes later he comes in slowly texting on his phone. The other couple were annoyed and I decided that this was the last place I wanted to sit for another drink. I never leave less than 20% tip, but he did...
