Sweet Addiction, Cookies & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Nevada

This was probably one of the best ice-cream spots. Going based on reviews. Today I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was standing behind a couple who requested for a refund or some kind of app log in . The cashier kept repeating to the customer that your not log in over and over. The cashier became argumented with the customer. The lady had to instructed the cashier on how to use the register for some kind of refund the cashier kept on saying she never done it before and didn't know to use the register.I was shock to hear the employee had no knowledge on how to use the cash register wow the customer just wanted to use the sweet addiction app. The customer ask the cashier for her name the cashier refused to provide her name and started yelling at the customer to just leave the establishment, once they left I figured she had gotten over it. So generally when I go to this place the ice cream is excellent and the service is good. I just recently left this place at 3:00 PM April 24, 2021. If you’re unable to listen to your customer and provide what they want you kill a whole experience for them. I just left out a sweet addiction and I explained to the lady my order which was a quart of ice cream with three different flavors separated by the frosted animal cookies. The lady had it in her mind already what she was going to make me and completely did not listen to what I had asked for so when I saw she was making the order wrong I spoke up and re-told her what I wanted. She then began to proceed finishing my order and still was making it wrong. When I told her that I usually come here and I get this order all the time she told me we don’t usually do that (which is false btw) look I’m not here to argue but I just stood in line for five minutes and watch you not be able to make what I asked for, & I simply left. The worst customer service in my life I ask the person for a half of dozen cookies and he didn't even have them had me wait a whole 30 minutes and came back and he didn't even make them. That's probably why the other store closed down cause they don't even do what they say they are going to do. He should just close down this one if the whole purpose of making cookies and ice cream is to have the cookies made ready for customers. Smh if you want good cookies I guess it's not sweet addictions anymore. The worst place ever! I use to love this place and told all my family but guess who is about to tell my family this place has gone down hill.. me! Never will I come back...
