IHOP — Restaurant in Nevada

Worst customer service ever we were greeted by a young man who looked like he hated his job that wasn’t even the worst part our server Olvia is her name was extremely rude I heard her speaking Spanish talking badly about fellow coworkers but when my mother asked her a question about the menu she all of a sudden forgot her Spanish witch is fine to each there own but she was not attentive or nice at all she brought my mother her coffee but forgot the spoon to mix her coffee due to the silver ware she slammed on the table only had a fork and knife it was impossible to grab her attention so I got up and asked another employee she noticed and rolled her eyes the food took a while so another employee tried to bring us our food but Olvia interrupted her and set our food down it was cold but we didn’t complain when it was time to go she tried to take our plates I said oh no we are taking the left overs may we please have a to go box she only gave us one with no bag so we had to flag someone else down for another to go box and bag again Oliva ! Noticed and looked annoyed she then proceeds to tell us you have the receipt we said no you never gave it to us rolls her eyes again and grabs it from the receipt printer then hands the tablet to my mother to pay again my mom speaks in Spanish and nothing so my mom asks me to help Olivia goes “just confirm the tip “ umm no mam I’m not giving you a 12 dollar tip after such bad service we still tipped her 5 because we are not horrible ppl this was my Birthday breakfast with my mother first time I’ve got her to even step out the house n you want to know what she said 💔 This is why I don’t come out the house no more ppl are so rude and mean so please no matter what just because your having a bad day don’t take it off on others you never know what one is going...

By the time we entered the restaurant, we waited for awhile to be seated since the place is almost empty ,employees seems too busy on chatting and joking around each other until finally got noticed. No greetings and showed to our table and waiter/server left. Not even a minute passed server asked if we were ready to order and I told him if we could have water w/ lemon for now and give us a minute to order. We could still see and hear employees talking ang joking around each other. Another waiter came to our table and put 2 containers of pancake syrup( 1 halfway filled, the other almost empty) right next to me and left. Like telling me to put it on the shelf like where other syrups at. We had our foods by that time. To my surprise that the burger I ordered is kinda small, like a kid burger! Since I ordered the biggest burger they have. A double cheese burger for $13.99. Forgot to mention that the server didn't even asked me if how I want my burger meat cooked! Then that night I felt of nausea and funny taste when i burped. Diarrhea came little bit later....My daughter didn't gave the same symptoms of nausea but had diarrhea... I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! By the way we came here around or between...

I've been to this IHOP with my granddaughter many times. I've never been a fan of their food, cost, and especially, the service and cleanliness. But I had a horrifying [sanitation-related] experience at BK three doors down, and my granddaughter was "starving," so we stopped in.

I've not written any reviews of this IHOP on Fort Apache, but if I had, they wouldn't have been glowing until today. As usual, my granddaughter did the ordering. Pancakes with lots of whipped cream. This time around, the pancakes were great. The establishment has cleaned up since we were last here. But most of all, the service was excellent. Unlike previous visits, our server was friendly and full of smiles. Even the other server went beyond with a four-year-old excited to have an in-depth conversation about her coloring expertise.

What a pleasant surprise since my last visit. I hope the servers continue...
