Café Zupas — Restaurant in Enterprise

Amazing place. Incredibly helpful staff that is genuinely interested in their customers having a great experience, and deliciously fresh food. We stopped here on a road trip and walked in right at 11:00 when they opened. I was very ready for the staff to be tired from the holidays and groggy, but that was the best reception we’ve gotten from almost any food venue any time of the year. The chef even stopped what she was doing when I needed to-go containers and the cashier was helping someone else— and there wasn’t even a crazy rush. I was perfectly happy to wait for the couple (and there was no one else in line after them), but the staff is so attuned to customer presence that you could tell service was a genuine priority. —And— they were happy to be there. I used to work in a restaurant and you can tell when the staff is begrudgingly complying with policies, vs when they actually have leadership support and a reason to want to be there. This location is clearly cohesive.

Also, I liked the Zupas chain when they first opened but I think their food has gotten even better over the years. I was delighted at how incredibly fresh it tasted. They take good care of the whole dining area and the bathrooms were clean (and clearly maintained over time.)

Couldn’t have had a better experience, 15/10...

This new Zuppas is hands down my favorite Zuppas anywhere. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re welcomed like you were coming over to a neighbor’s house for lunch. The friendly atmosphere by the employees make the whole experience worth going there. Adeliene is the sweetest person. I’ve been coming to this Zuppas since they opened, and bless her heart she makes the effort to remember my name!! Who does that? It’s one of the most respectful things you can do when greeting returning customers! On Fridays, I order the same thing (Ultimate Grilled Cheese on White bread and a large Mushroom Bisque soup). And upon seeing me, Adeliene excitingly says “Joe!”, to which I reply “Noooo, not Joe”🤣 then she’ll remember my name! I love the effort and the fun banter. She can just call me “Nacho” for short 😂 Jessica is my other fave! When she asks you how your day is going, she really wants to know that you’re having a great day. Her friendly demeanor sets a standard that all competitor restaurants should emulate. If your reviewing this, most likely you already love the food. But now try ordering from this location. You won’t be disappointed. Maybe I’ll see...

the STAFF IS AWESOME! Jessica Z was so helpful after I was forced to order online for a discount that emailed to me. get this.. 50% Off Coupon Emailed to me.. Online Order ONLY. (A-Holes) So I am sitting in the dining room laboriously moving the Zupas App to find the Coupon. Not there. I had to order first, then go back to my email and get the code to put in for the discount. Seriously dysfunctional compared to many other APP's for food, which load coupons and digital deals on the APP itself. To make matters worse there is no way to "Customize" my order. So I get my order and there is BBQ on my salad. BARF. And only Ranch Dressing, again BARF cannot eat it.. tummy issue's. That is where Jessica Z comes in and redo's my salad and in a great friendly and pleasant manner brings it to me. Oh, one last bit of review.. Why does the APP only allow me to order for Pick Up Delivery Curb Side Not EAT IN MacDonalds has the best APP. Can actually order it to be delivered to my table. All the Tables have numbers. It is so awesome.. I order on the APP, go to store, sit at Table and in minutes my food is brought...
