The Nest Bar & Grill and Beach Service — Restaurant in Nevada

I went here a few days ago and got a chicken Caesar salad. I asked for no anchovies. I got anchovies, rock hard chicken and the inside of the chicken had pink parts. My friend ordered a medium rare burger and it was hard on the outside and dripping with blood on the inside. We think the grill must have been too hot if the exterior of the items were overcooked and the inside was undercooked. I was just really disappointed in general. Our waiter, he was wonderful, but it also took minutes for the server to acknowledge us and seat us. For the price and location, there needs to be better quality control on this all. I mean it’s a patio bar. We got a salad and a burger. Shouldn’t have turned out the way it did and we are both locals, who want to support local economy…but idk. Very...

Quite possibly the worst service EVER. They do not train their staff at all. They do not know what they are doing and are more interested in talking to each other than working. Not a single employee will ask you if you need anything you could stand there for an hour and not be asked if you need help. You have to ask for everything you want or need. This is a place in a hotel that charges $900 a night in a VERY OLD and dated hotel. They simply do not care about quality...
