I've been to a great many casinos and this was NOT one that I was at all impressed with. We walked in tonight and the first thing we noticed was only a few people were inside. That should have been our first clue! Granted, it's the "off season" at Tahoe, but it's still strange that there was only a handful of people there at 8pm... I guess the locals know what's up, given myself nor my spouse won anything tonight at the slots! We talked to 4 others we saw there and none of them won a thing, either. I guess when a place is this dead, they have to take everyone's money to keep the lights on. And hunting the bar crew down to get a drink because they sent the only girl there who was taking drink orders on the floor home early, was just pathetic. Read moreFrom the moment you arrive, the casino offers a clean, well-maintained environment that immediately makes a great impression. The spacious layout allows for easy movement throughout the property, so you can comfortably explore the action happening all around you—from the lively slot machines and card tables to the energetic atmosphere of the main floor. Everywhere you look, there's something to take in, and the open design ensures you never feel crowded.
The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the overall welcoming experience. Whether you're a seasoned player or just stopping by for fun, their hospitality makes a difference. Parking is also a breeze, with plenty of spots available close to the entrance, so you can focus on enjoying your time rather than worrying about logistics. All in all, it’s a great place to unwind, have fun, and take in the buzz of the...
Read moreNot a great place to gamble. Many machines are broken and do not work. Table minimums are very high. Bartenders are great and friendly but casino staff refuses to accept the fact that machines are not working and their member points don’t add as one would expect. I do not recommend gambling here unless you would like to spend your time troubleshooting the machines for the casino staff.
Update: I have been having much more pleasant experiences at the Hyatt casino of late. They have reduced their table minimums and I feel they are kind to me. I will say I believe their table game experience is better than the machines. I believe they listened to my feedback and made me feel valuable. Thanks for listening...
