Arby's — Restaurant in New Albany

I only wish I could give them a minus 10. I ordered a Marketplace Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich and requested Swiss cheese instead of cheddar. No problem! said the order taker. When I got to the window I asked the man if the sandwich did indeed have swiss cheese. He looked at the screen and said I'm sure it does, that's the way it was ordered. I checked the bag, opened the sandwich, no special tag on the outside, looked inside the sandwich - cheddar. So I told him it had cheddar on it. He went to the back where I clearly heard a young man say " I made that sandwich! I know I put swiss on it and a tag on the wrapper! I THINK SHE'S LYING!" By now I was furious. It's one thing to make a mistake. Say you're sorry. Make me a new sandwich. All is well. But to loudly accuse me of lying!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. I asked for the manager who came to the window and listened to my complaint. His excuse was the car on front of me had ordered the same sandwich. What did that have to do with calling a customer a liar? He offered no apology, only a surly attitude. There is NO EXCUSE for this kind of behavior. I visited this Arby's this week, last week and the week before last. The food has been good on each visit although the employees have been less than focused on good customer service. My latest visit I experienced an extremely sticky/tacky floor at the ordering area, the soft drink/condiment section and dining room areas. I observed employees looking at their cell phones with their backs toward customers while behind the counter (I had to ask for something) The Arbys sauce was not available from the pumps as employees stated we needed to use packets. Napkins were shoved under table legs in the dining area due to unleveled tables. The concrete sidewalks at the customer entrance / exits were black from not being washed or cleaned (observed on multiple visits in recent months). One or more restaurant employees were seen standing outside of the customer entrance and would run inside when cars pulled up. I have visited this restaurant on several occasions this year and the food is good but proper management seems to be missing for...

Tonight my daughter, granddaughter, & I walked in to place our order and as we walked in a guy was telling a customer, with the manager who had star tattoos on her face near her eye, how nobody sweeps or mops and how he wouldn't even eat the roast beef there. My daughter who's usually quiet said "well that's no what you want to hear when walking in" and we walked out. I called corporate but needed the store number so I went back in. Nobody knew the store number so I asked for the manager who happened to be the girl with the star tattoos on her face and a customer pointed out the store number on the wall. She asked what was wrong so i told her and she tried to say it didn't happen and i told her she was standing right there listening to what was said so she decided it was a good idea to laugh at me and mock me. I left again...NEVER ...going back there and if you value your health I wouldn't eat...
