I believe I left a 5 star review on the past, however I no longer feel the same. I've given this business my money on multiple occasions. The other night I ordered a steak kebab sub which came fine, and a large pizza w extra sauce extra cheese and beef. Let me start by saying; I know for sure that toppings slide a bit and especially with extra sauce and extra cheese they might not stay perfectly in place. However, I ordered delivery and multiple of the slices toppings were slid off into the corner of the box. No big deal, driver probably accidentally tilted it too far. I called to have it redelivered and the first thing the manager said was "well you know if you order extra sauce and extra cheese it might slide off" or something to that tune. I worked as a bench/pizza maker for papa ginos. I know very well that even with extra sauce and toppings, toppings do NOT slide off like that. That was excessive and definitely a result of negligence. The manager went on to say they would have to let it cool down in order to prevent it from slipping off while driving... I said okay well then you either shouldn't offer it as a choice to get them as extra, or as you said, DONT send it out til it's sufficiently cooled off. I wouldn't have ordered something that they're incompetent to deliver correctly had I known, so it's their job to provide what they can do and not options for things they can't.
I paid for an intact pizza.
He reverted to saying " it's not your fault, sometimes things shift around but if most of its off the driver may have taken a hard turn"
That should have been the initial response instead of being defensive. Not a good look for a customer, especially one who's familiar with pizza and has been a loyal customer.
When the manager said to give back the old pizza and he'd send the driver with a new one, I still politely said thank you and the manager simply hung up without another word.
The driver was rude on the phone and you couldn't understand what he was saying.
I was nothing but respectful, had no issue giving back the pizza and waiting for a correct replacement. I just wanted what I paid for.

A few months ago, I left a positive review praising their delicious pizza and excellent service. Unfortunately, since then, the quality of the food has noticeably deteriorated, and the care in which it is made has plummeted. Several times, I have received orders that were incomplete or incorrect, despite providing feedback through surveys to express my dissatisfaction. Regrettably, I have never received a response or acknowledgment from the management team.
Tonight's experience was the final straw. I ordered an Italian grinder, only to receive a sandwich devoid of lettuce, tomato, or cheese. When I called to inquire about the missing ingredients, the owner was shockingly rude and dismissive. He insisted that I should have selected those items as add-ons during the ordering process, despite never having to do so in the past. When I attempted to discuss the matter further and inquire about future orders, he was indifferent and implied that he was fine if I never ordered from them again.
As a long-time customer who has spent a considerable amount of money there, I am appalled by the lack of regard for customer satisfaction and the inability to accept constructive criticism. It is evident that they no longer value their patrons, and as such, they will no longer receive any business from me.
It is truly disheartening to witness the downfall of a once-beloved establishment. I sincerely hope that G&S takes the necessary steps to address these issues and regain the trust and loyalty of their customers. Read moreBad Business, I called up to place an order and I asked the kind lady on the phone if my order was even possible because I was not sure if they even had Gold Fever or Buffalo pizza and we wanted no red sauce just the sauce for the chicken as the bases. So She had placed me on hold to make sure this was possible. Then I proceed to do my order over the phone and I said I would like to do the two pizza one topping special and she then instructed to make my order online that’s the only way to get the special. She then told me to write in the special comments section to leave exactly how I would like the pizzas. So I go online I order the two pizzas exactly how she instructed me to do so and I also ordered two more large cheese pizzas on top of the two one toppings. Then JUST TO MAKE SURE I call the pizza shop again and ask her if I placed the order correctly and she pulled up my order checked it and said yes your allset thankyou and I asked how long will it take. The part that gets me is when I first called to check if this was even possible I was put on hold twice to find out if it was!
So here’s the bad business part, I get a phone call maybe 5-10 mins later, there’s a gentlemen on the phone saying sorry sir we can’t place the order its not possible and I explain everything that happened above and he just kept saying sorry can’t do it but honestly the answer should of been hey just wanted you to know for future orders we wont be able to honor that special for pizzas that are made like that. (What I dont understand it’s still “one topping but no red sauce” can’t figure that one out). He could of even said it to me when I was coming to pick up my order but because they wanted to charge me a couple extra bucks they just weren’t willing to do it. lmao what a joke, Honestly when the new owners took over they have a different style and the quality seems like it went down so I don’t order from there anyways but just disappointed in the customer service and I was still willing to order from you guys but never again!!!
