Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in New Bedford

Sunday February 3, 2019 worst service ever. I asked for 2 of each donut hole..there were 6...4 sets of 3. The girl said we only sell them in 3s. I said yes 4 sets of 3...she argued with me for a couple minutes so I settled for 2 sets of 3...THEN I asked for a white chocolate mocha madness hot. Cream and whipped cream. The girl walked away without cashing us out. Technically we could have just left, because the other girl working said "bye, have a nice day". When I sat down and took a couple of sips of my supposed mocha madness the cream tasted sour, even through the whipped cream. There was no coffee in it either. So I stood in line for 10 minutes. I asked the same girl to remake it because there was no coffee in it and the cream was sour. She told me no it wasnt. I asked her again, nicely to remake it without cream or whipped cream, which she did but just put it on the counter and walked away. This girl was either having a bad day or she has the worst customer service skills ever. If you're going to serve coffee to people and its early morning, the way you act towards a customer could make or break their day. Clearly the manager does not teach customer service skills to the employees here. Any of them. I will never go to this location again. This isnt the first bad experience I've had here. The shop on Mt. Pleasant is 100% better. And it's cheaper. SMH...worst customer service ever. Drive the extra mile and go to the...

I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit to Honey Dew! The sales associate working that day was nothing short of incredible. There was a huge rush our group of Army guys came in all at once, the drive-thru was packed, and more customers kept walking through the door. It could’ve easily been overwhelming, but she handled it all with such grace and professionalism.

Despite the pressure, she never lost her cool. She kept a warm smile, moved efficiently, and made sure everyone felt seen and taken care of. Her ability to multitask while still being friendly and attentive was honestly impressive. It’s rare to see someone manage chaos with that kind of poise and kindness.

She truly went above and beyond, and it made a big impression on all of us. Shoutout to Honey Dew for having such a rockstar on the team we’ll...

As much I love honey dew this particular one has worst service, they are slow as hell and just have zero personality during the week anyways. I highly recommend going to kingshiway honey dew. We're all trying to get to work so it's always so frustrating how slow they are. When I go that direction for work I'll slow down to look at drive through line so if 2 or 3 cars Cars I just go to Cumberland. I had one morning I decided to go in and asked for particular sandwich shown on board and the women asked with an attitude what bread so I responded as nice as can even studdaring my words because she caught me off guard with attitude "umm the bread that it shows" well she flipped out on me to point one of other workers told her it shows Baggett so I said NEVERMIND IM OUT.
