Childrens Paradise Inc — Local services in New Bedford

Unfortunately the person who "runs" this location lacks professionalism and etiquette. A daycare to me must have people who have compassion and patience for children. That is not the case at this place! Some of the teachers are good however the director needs some classes on how to speak to parents and work with teachers. I don't have to work or have experience working at a daycare to know that a place that does not foster an environment with respect for children and parents will not be an ideal place for ANYONE"s child. Hopefully she can get some training on how to work with others and have some respect and patience when working with children and parents! This daycare is very unprofessional, they will hire anyone just to have help with the children , my sons went to this daycare , almost everyday they came home with marks on them and they dare calling dcf on me for their mistake , MRS MELLISA was very disrespectful to my 4 year old , he would come home crying saying they are mean to him . Mind you my son has speech problems but he made it aware to me of the situations. the director MRS PAM , also would yell at my son for the way he speaks , be mindful he goes for therapy’s as she’s the director helper, who is she to yell at kids ?! My daughter started Children’s paradise on Acushnet Ave in October 2016 at age 1.5. Four years later and two more kids added to the mix and we are still at Children’s paradise! The staff and director go above and beyond to ensure safety to our children and really care about the children. I wouldn’t want to send my kids anywhere else. At Children’s paradise on Acushnet Ave I know they are well taken care of and loved when I have to work.
