The barista at the box tried to argue at me and tell me oat and almond not just almond were both major allergens and couldn't go in the blender. Please properly educate staff on what the major allergens are because oat is not one of them. That's probably my last Dunkin straw I'm making coffee at home now y'all are wildly rude. Also waited at the speaker box for 8 minutes before someone said we will be right with you. Staff very rude.
Went back for food to see if it was maybe just drinks they have problems with, no also the food. I went through the drive thru and ordered " 2 chicken wraps" the lady repeated chicken to me twice I said yes two of the Chicken wraps please, she said okay, I got a donut too and then paid got my things and left... I start driving and I went to start munching cause I'm hungry... They are two Ham and cheese croissants... I don't eat pork... Just...why .. I went back the line was insane so I went inside to where the line was also insane, went to the counter explained the situation she said okay and then came back a minute later raising her voice saying that they don't have chicken wraps and they only carry ham and this is the wrap I ordered and I looked up at the menu, found the item , pointed up and said the Dunkin wrap? And another customer was nice enough to help me cause I was struggling finding it and the employee was really rude. After that when the food was finally ready she said nothing to me and just looked at me and dropped them the bag on the counter and walked away. Lobby was full, anyone could take it.

Read more**If I could leave another review I would but I cant so I am editing this one. This place is a total MESS. The workers are all rude and unprofessional. They get your order wrong and then argue with you about it, and instead of remaking your order try to refund you to just get rid of you and not have to do their jobs. I am just going to stop coming here, its not worth the aggravation when there is a dunkin on the corner of every block.
You know what I love? I love pulling up at 4:30 am to get my coffee before I have to work a long day, and the older dark skinned gentleman instead of giving me what I ordered, gives me whatever he feels like making at the moment. It's so exciting to pay 10 dollars for an order that I have no clue will be right or not. I order the same coffee every single day. I know what it looks like, I know what it tastes like. I expect it to look and taste the same every time and I am not getting that here like I am at other locations. When the spanish lady makes it, its always perfect. I understand that its early in the morning and people have bad days, but every day cant be a bad day and on top of just getting a random whatever he felt like making at that moment coffee, he's not exactly friendly and welcoming either. The last time we went inside this dunkin there were two customers on their way in to complain that their dirve thru order was incorrect... Now we make sure we go out of our way to go to the dunkin donuts on Kelsey Street in the Valero Gas Station where you actually get GOOD SERVICE and where youre not IGNORED if you order from the front and where they dont screw up your drive thru order every single time. We have called and complained so many times one time their manager on duty that day PROMISED us theyd makde our whole order correctly for us the next time we came in Free of charge, i didnt misunderstand her, she even repeated and clarified for me. The next day the OWNER REFUSED TO HONOR THIS PROMISE. As a franchise company that thrives on repeat business they will no longer get our business or money ever again.
