This is the closest Dunkin to my house. I refuse to go there, if I can help it. The past several times, I've placed mobile orders and they have been messed up in some form or another. I've been forced to go inside and spend minutes of my time correcting it, made worse because I have an autistic son.
Delivery? I wish they were NEVER chosen. They cannot handle a regular order via their own app. I always have to tell them they have to fix it. Delivery is worse. Missing items, food spilled over, everything that says WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER BECAUSE WE HATE OUR JOB. This last time, they replaced my green tea without telling me with super charged nitro caffeine, and their replacement almost conflicted with my medication. If I had not figured out what it was before sipping more, I could have been in a hospital.
I get that these jobs are horrible. Hurry up and make the customer happy. But there are actual customers who HAVE worked that position before and know how it feels. The employees seem occupied in everything but their job, girl taking the order the first time was paying attention to everything in the world except me and my order, was texting while taking my order, their customer service skills aren't great at all, today when I went there were so many unsanitary things happening, the boy behind the counter had long hair no hat, airpods in his hand while eating a donut right in front of me while touching all the equipment and didn't wash his hands after.
