Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Britain

This is the closest Dunkin to my house. I refuse to go there, if I can help it. The past several times, I've placed mobile orders and they have been messed up in some form or another. I've been forced to go inside and spend minutes of my time correcting it, made worse because I have an autistic son.

Delivery? I wish they were NEVER chosen. They cannot handle a regular order via their own app. I always have to tell them they have to fix it. Delivery is worse. Missing items, food spilled over, everything that says WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER BECAUSE WE HATE OUR JOB. This last time, they replaced my green tea without telling me with super charged nitro caffeine, and their replacement almost conflicted with my medication. If I had not figured out what it was before sipping more, I could have been in a hospital.

I get that these jobs are horrible. Hurry up and make the customer happy. But there are actual customers who HAVE worked that position before and know how it feels. Good morning Dunking Donuts Corporation unfortunately this morning I don't have good news on the new manager at this specifically the girl with all tattoos on her neck as a New Britain resident myself the owner of a transport company and my family all stop at this Dunkin location including my mother whom operates a major corporation for the Jews in Simsbury CT she stops at this Dunkin and places two orders every morning through drive thru one for herself and one for her multimillionaire bosses every day with a wonderful young lady Ashland whom I might add is brilliant and knows everyone's orders by head A+ Ashland but unfortunately this new manager was very rude to my mother 68 years old and would not take her order in drive Thru and proceeded to be rude and interrupted her and when pulled to the window this THUG WITH TATTOOS which whom should not be in charge of Dunkin CLOSED the window on my mother while she was talking I was extremely disappointed at this person's behavior and vowd to report this act to Dunkin Donuts Corporation as my family also owns Dunkin Donut franchises 7 stores in...

I just moved to the area and this is the closest to my house, not sure I will be returning, last 3x my bagel was burnt, I'm not one to complain but black is burnt and it just doesn't taste good. The employees seem occupied in everything but their job, girl taking the order the first time was paying attention to everything in the world except me and my order, was texting while taking my order, their customer service skills aren't great at all, today when I went there were so many unsanitary things happening, the boy behind the counter had long hair no hat, airpods in his hand while eating a donut right in front of me while touching all the equipment and didn't wash his hands after.
