Carmen, the owner of It's a Lifestyle, is absolutely amazing. She’s warm, inviting, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell from the moment you walk in that she genuinely cares about each person who steps through her door.

Coming from 15 years in the Herbalife world, it’s refreshing to see a business owner who not only takes their work seriously but also treats the health and wellness journey of each client as something truly important. Carmen embodies professionalism with heart.

Her shakes are magnificent—seriously some of the best I’ve had. And if you haven’t tried the Passion Fruit Mega Tea, do yourself a favor. It’s my favorite and a must-try!

On top of it all, her system is on point. The whole experience is seamless, supportive, and empowering.

Carmen listens to the type of drink you want and accommodates you. However she makes her shakes they taste 10x better than I can make even with the same ingredients at home. Whenever I have extra time I stop in. The atmosphere is very pleasant...
