I am never one to write reviews on any establishment as I am one that believes everyone has different experiences and I wouldn’t want this to affect anyone negatively. With that said I Will NEVER order for this place again. Owner is very rude and did not receive what was ordered. I ordered through the Uber eats app and my intent was to order traditional wings. Upon checking and confirming multiple times that this option does not exist on the app for this restaurant I called the restaurant. I spoke with a woman who informed me that if that is the case to place an order for the boneless wings and add a note stating that I would like the traditional wings in lieu of this option. She stated that if I wanted the 10 piece traditional then the order would translate to a large Boneless wings option and to check their site to ensure pricing was the same. Needless to say I checked the site and confirmed the price for a 10 piece traditional was indeed 12 and some change and the boneless large on the app was roughly 14 bucks. I Would essential lose out around 2 bucks but I guess that’s the price you pay when you want what you want and I did not mind this part at all. I proceeded to place the order and called a few minutes later to confirm my order was being prepped according to what I ordered and how I was told to place this order. She proceeded to advise that although my order did have a note for traditional wings they could not honor that request. I stated I ordered according to what was suggested and she still stated my request could not be honored. She then placed the condescending, rude and disrespectful owner on the phone who instead of resolving the issue with the understanding his employee made an error in suggesting such advice he proceeded to over talk me and suggest that I was lying in regard to there not being an option on the app for traditional wings. He then suggested I call Uber and have them change. I immediately called Uber eats and confirmed no such option existed who then called the owner who tried to tell them as well that such option does. In the end my order was canceled and I took my money elsewhere. I have ordered many times before (Super Bowl parties, family gatherings etc) and had I of known the level of customer service and integrity that not only the staff has but also the OWNER I would never had done so. I would much rather frequent a restaurant with subpar food and amazing customer service and stay loyal to such establishment than to go to one lacking in that area and in great need of a reality check. Read moreI called and ordered a Alfredo pasta dinner with a side ceaser salad talked to a girl on the phone named Stephanie P who seemed semi pleasant. That is until she had to continuously put me on hold to figure out if they could actually make a Alfredo pasta, (I'm assuming it's not on the menu normally which is why when I called I had asked if they make it, I was told yes). I received my dinner, which was a pasta under cooked and lightly coated in a cheesy sauce. ( I just ate it, no complaints- not great but not bad) But the salad I recieved was a side salad, which was browned and had vegetables all over it with a house Italian. So I called back to explain that I ordered a ceaser salad, the same girl that I orginally talked to answered, she was extremely nasty and told me if I wanted a ceaser salad I'd need to pay for another one (when I already paid for the salad). I then talked to a gentleman on the phone who ensured me he was very sorry and took my location and told me a ceaser salad would be there very shortly (obviously I was please by this and thanked him). After 45 minutes of no one arriving, I called back, to deal with Stephanie once again, who told me that my salad would not be arriving any time soon, she was extremely rude and nasty continuing onto say that The gentleman I talked to earlier has left and switched the story of weither a salad was or wasn't going to be delivered to my house multiple times. Being in the food industry I always try to be pleasant and give chances, my family has ordered from the restaurant since they opened and I've always been semi unpleased but the service has always been nice, I'm disgusted that a restaurant would hire employees that would talk to customers the way I was talked to tonight. - Will never be ordering...

Owner was the most rude argumentative man I have ever meet, I have never been treated in that way at a restaurant before. I made an order over the phone, looked up the menu heard it was great place. Menu was wrong an had wrong prices on it an when I went there as soon as I opened the door I get to the register to pay for my food 10 feet away from me I hear the workers screaming cussing an aruging with each other. Thank god I didn’t have my son with me. I went to pay for my food an the online menu is different then what new prices are which I had no knowledge of so I asked to talked manager which happens to be the owner, I told him the menu online says 13.99 showed him the menu on my phone. This man has the audacity to insult my intelligence on a simple matter like this one to tell me “That’s not my menu we don’t have an online menu” an throw my phone back at me onto the counter, First off that was an 800 dollar iPhone an Second “ That was clearly the menu online that I used to get information to to call an order from this establishment in the first place” I stated to the rude owner, I left at this point and called the place back so I get the same man I just had an altercation with, and he just contradicts what he said and did in the restaurant before I left the place telling me that he did not do or say any of these things, which anyone would find insulted and disrespected.
